In May of 2017 I purchased a New GMC Sierra Pick Up from Dale Jr GMC Buick. Jimmy Vandeilen was my slaes person and we complete the entire sale Over The Phone. I live in St Pete Florida and have talked to Jimmy a couple of times through out the year regarding the new vehicles. He spent a lot of time telling me about the trucks and what he had in inventory. It took several times speaking to him over the phone and Jimmy texting me pictures to convey the different models he had to sell. When I decided on 1 particular truck it only took me 24 hours before I knew everything was complete for the purchase. That is outstanding. This sale was site unseen! The truck was delivered to me the following weekend and it was exactly like I was told My hat is off to Jimmy for doing and Outstanding Job in order to make the sale but to also consider all my wants and needs.

Great experience from the first call with our service advisor Chad. Our car had a check engine light on and we called looking to set up an appointment. Chad not only got us in the very next day, he sent us a car and picked up our Escalade. He kept us informed on the vehicle status and when completed dropped the car back at our home and picked up the loaner. They gave us a new Escalade as a loaner and Chad followed up to make sure all was well. Phillipe was the gentlemen who handled the pickup and drop off and was incredibly polite and a wonderful representative of the dealer. We highly recommend this service department at Sunset Cadillac of Bradenton.

Anna Psihas was very friendly with a warm smile and firm handshake while maintaining eye contact. She was very professional throughout our business. We certainly enjoyed our experience dealing with Anna. During phone calls you could almost “see” her smile. The showroom and facilities are beautiful and deserve a 5 star rating. Anna also gets a 5 star rating. My days of hiring people are long since over. However, back in the day, I would have hired her in a heartbeat.

I wanted to recognize Nick Arkoette for his excellent service in assisting me in purchasing a Pre-Certified 2016 CT6 on November 15th.
I have been searching for a Cadillac since July and when I spoke with Nick initially, he was polite and professional and invited me to visit. I shared that I travel for business and that the price of the car was still above my initial budget. As the days went by, Nick reached out to share that the price had changed and we negotiated the value of my trade in, a 2005 Nissan Altima with 170,000 miles that was bought new but has passed from son to daughter over the years.
Nick was quick to respond to my questions and although plans changed as to my initial visit to Sarasota, he remained professional and personable. The day I purchased the car was the first day I saw it. Nick had it prepped and ready for me to take for the afternoon to see if I wanted to proceed. The car and the service received by Nick were right and the sale was closed.

There is a reason this dealership is almost 5 stars. They are a very professional dealership with really nice people working here. I did my whole deal from the other side of the state in Palm Bay and dealt with a wonderful young lady named Lyndsay Skully. We Facetimed so I could look all around the truck inside and out. She started it up and all sounded great. After the phone call she put the truck on a lift and sent me pictures of the underside too. We negotiated the price and dealer fee all via text. I sent all pics of documents and licenses via text. So the entire deal was done via phone and so that all the papers were pretty much ready to go once I arrived. I took it for a test drive and all was in order. The 2013 F150 was in amazing condition and was for my 20 year old son. The finance manager, John Fisher, was also very nice and helpful. Although it was a 6 hour drive round trip, it was well worth it because the whole transaction was done the way I like to do business. All upfront and no sneaky fees or lies like most dealerships. Plus we got a very fair deal on a great truck. I highly recommend this dealership and my salesperson Lynsday! Thank you so much for making the purchase of this vehicle so pleasant and easy!

I had appt for oil change and to get a part replaced. They did not have the part to replace in stock when I said I needed it at the time I set the appt. complete waste of time going there waiting 1.5 hours for an oil change that I will start getting done somewhere else. The service st the dealership is over priced and they don’t have it together not organized
