I bought a used car from Casio at Sheehan. The car was in really good condition, but I knew I was buying a used car. Two days after the transaction, there was an issue with the car. I've never had a used car dealer assist with the issue, whether it was emotional support or otherwise. Casio was there with the communication (post-sale) and his sales manager, Kirk, helped Sheehan step up to the plate and hit it out of the park. Kudos to them for their commitment to customer service.

I found my vehicle in the morning and called to verify it was still available an hour before they closed. Doug immediately took my call and stated he would wait and work with me, even if it was past closing time. After about two hours, we had a deal. In May of 2017 I purchased a New GMC Sierra Pick Up from Dale Jr GMC Buick. Jimmy Vandeilen was my slaes person and we complete the entire sale Over The Phone. I live in St Pete Florida and have talked to Jimmy a couple of times through out the year regarding the new vehicles. He spent a lot of time telling me about the trucks and what he had in inventory. It took several times speaking to him over the phone and Jimmy texting me pictures to convey the different models he had to sell. When I decided on 1 particular truck it only took me 24 hours before I knew everything was complete for the purchase. That is outstanding. This sale was site unseen! The truck was delivered to me the following weekend and it was exactly like I was told My hat is off to Jimmy for doing and Outstanding Job in order to make the sale but to also consider all my wants and needs.

There is a reason this dealership is almost 5 stars. They are a very professional dealership with really nice people working here. I did my whole deal from the other side of the state in Palm Bay and dealt with a wonderful young lady named Lyndsay Skully. We Facetimed so I could look all around the truck inside and out. She started it up and all sounded great. After the phone call she put the truck on a lift and sent me pictures of the underside too. We negotiated the price and dealer fee all via text. I sent all pics of documents and licenses via text. So the entire deal was done via phone and so that all the papers were pretty much ready to go once I arrived. I took it for a test drive and all was in order. The 2013 F150 was in amazing condition and was for my 20 year old son. The finance manager, John Fisher, was also very nice and helpful. Although it was a 6 hour drive round trip, it was well worth it because the whole transaction was done the way I like to do business. All upfront and no sneaky fees or lies like most dealerships. Plus we got a very fair deal on a great truck. I highly recommend this dealership and my salesperson Lynsday! Thank you so much for making the purchase of this vehicle so pleasant and easy!

Service Department not what it used to be - ibelt
Today was not the first time I had to return to the service dept regarding a service not done satisfactorily. They have left my oil pan loose, lost my wheel lock key and car came home with a new problem it did not have. All of these on separate occasions. Had to return to have fixed and/or replaced. When they lost the key to the lock on my wheels, they did not even tell me. I found out once I was home. They had to replace all of the locks due to new key. Anyhow, today I returned because I took my hummer h3 for an oil change. My car came home with my oil lamp light on and the alarm going off while it was lit. My car was not doing this. So they asked me to bring it in today @ 9am. The tech said they were not able to even look at my car until maybe late Friday so I would have to leave it. However, the diagnosis fee was $290. I inquired as to why I would pay for something they caused and he said he would speak to the manager, Gus. Gus refused to waive fee unless I committed to having my car repaired there. Well why was I there in the first place. Gus seems to have forgotten where he came from and that before he became the Service Director he was my service advisor. All of a sudden he thinks his xxxx don't stink and does not even have the audacity or time to come speak to his long time customers. We he can suck up his $290 diagnosis fee because he knows that on at least 3 occasions I have had to return after having my car serviced. Way to lose a customer Gus!!
