We want to thank the two salesmen we worked with, Alan - Kareng

We want to thank the two salesmen we worked with, Alan Berkowitz and Paul Betterigde. They helped us with the purchase of our new Cadalliac CT 5 2026. We bought all our Cadillacs in the past where we lived on Long Island, NY. We have owned or leased Cadillacs for the past 25 years. We now relocated to Boynton and are very happy to have met both salesmen. They made us feel right at home, gave us the time we needed to decide if we were going to lease or purchase. We decided to purchase, it was the best decision for us. Both Alan and Paul worked with us, Alan sitting with us and helped us make our decision to purchase. He had the car ready and prepared for us to pick up. Alan helped set up our seats and learn all the details of our new beautiful car. It is nice to know that we are are now a member of the Ed Morse family.

AN is the best service dealer in Rivera. I am pleased with my car results.

Andres is just not a helpful representative. - Twp9999

Andres is just not a helpful representative. He would rather argue than sell a car. Does not answer questions about the vehicle. This guy writes endless emails about wanting to talk on the phone but does not answer a question. You know the type...if I tell you the answer up front you may not come down to be talked into a different vehicle. I have bought 10 cars from the dealership and have my vehicles serviced and they have great people. This guy just lost a sale on teh last day of the month for them

Very much so. - usaf9182

Very much so. DeSean Coker has been the main reason we keep our cars serviced at the dealership. DeSean has worked with us for more than five years and is a joy to work with. He provide us with details of work to be done and the time to be completed. Courteous and professional! If called with a question, he promptly return the call and provide answers and consults with the service department mechanics to ensure he provides the correct answers to problems.

I recently purchased a 2024 Range Rover from Step One GMC - kwmd1

I recently purchased a 2024 Range Rover from Step One GMC Cadillac Fort Walton Beach, and I had an outstanding experience with Karen, Johnny, and General Sales Manager Jason Alston. From start to finish, Karen was professional, patient, and very easy to work with. She kept me updated by text and phone, sent clear numbers up front, and had everything prepared before I made the trip in from out of town. When I arrived, the vehicle was exactly as described and there were no surprises. Johnny in finance did an excellent job coordinating my Bank of America business auto loan. He respected that I already had my own financing in place and made the process smooth, efficient, and pressure-free. Everything was explained clearly, and the paperwork matched exactly what we had discussed. Jason’s leadership and support were also evident throughout the process. The whole team worked together to make this a straightforward, transparent, and pleasant purchase. After having more complicated experiences at other dealerships, this was a refreshing change. I would absolutely recommend Karen, Johnny, and Jason at Step One GMC Cadillac Fort Walton Beach to anyone looking for a high-end vehicle and a professional, honest buying experience.

I have used this dealership for many years and am always - JAN1MITCHELL

I have used this dealership for many years and am always satisfied with the service. I have purchased two Cadillacs from them and used their service department when I drove Oldsmobiles. My service advisor, Jennifer Blake is the best! She is so pleasant and always gives me good advice when I need service. My recent experience with Theresa in the body shop was equally satisfactory. She was so helpful from start to finish. I aways wait for my car when have routine service, but obviously, I could not wait for body work, and Theresa was so helpful in arranging a ride to Enterprise so that I could rent a car.

So its Been 2 weeks since I was told to drop my Problem - Jeffardolino3

So its Been 2 weeks since I was told to drop my Problem SUV off back at the dealer Dimmitt Cadillac on Gandy. I've only had 3 days since September 21st. A Certified Pre Owed vehicle. Leaking Transmission, Steering wheel out of Line which is common in this vehicle, Trailer Hitch package that comes with it but only depends on what option package you read, (with Transmission problem they don't want you to know that) Corporate says it will be another 10 days before they can decide if they can do a Buy Back!!! after the 2 weeks Dimmitti had it for the second time to fix the same problem. Its a Joke, The Assit General Manager Jeff said he was sorry i had issues with my purchase,,,,, Don't Visit Dimmitt!!!!! many other dealers to go to Jeff A

This place is a scam. - bb

This place is a scam. Brought in Cadillac XT5 for service. First, they tried to sell me a new battery for $525. New batteries cost in the $250 range. Then the invoice of all the other work didn't add up correctly. Then they charged a credit card fee of 3%. Who brings cash? No dealer ever charge CC fees on service.
