Not only was our service advisor helpful, he explained the probable cause of our symptoms, they went test drove afterward to be sure the. Relative fix had helped the problem. We now know the cause of the pulling to the right was a tire issue, that can be mitigated by rotation for a while.
We really appreciated the courtesy ride home and later pick up when the car was ready

This was my first visit to a Cadillac dealer since moving to the area, and I was very happy with them. I had an oil leak, and it had to be towed there. Two hours after it got there, I got a call that it was done — simple fix, under warranty!! They also did regular maintenance without being asked ..... all within that 2 hour window! I had two choices of dealerships in the area. Without question, I will make Field’s my dealer.

Great experience from the first call with our service advisor Chad. Our car had a check engine light on and we called looking to set up an appointment. Chad not only got us in the very next day, he sent us a car and picked up our Escalade. He kept us informed on the vehicle status and when completed dropped the car back at our home and picked up the loaner. They gave us a new Escalade as a loaner and Chad followed up to make sure all was well. Phillipe was the gentlemen who handled the pickup and drop off and was incredibly polite and a wonderful representative of the dealer. We highly recommend this service department at Sunset Cadillac of Bradenton.

There is a reason this dealership is almost 5 stars. They are a very professional dealership with really nice people working here. I did my whole deal from the other side of the state in Palm Bay and dealt with a wonderful young lady named Lyndsay Skully. We Facetimed so I could look all around the truck inside and out. She started it up and all sounded great. After the phone call she put the truck on a lift and sent me pictures of the underside too. We negotiated the price and dealer fee all via text. I sent all pics of documents and licenses via text. So the entire deal was done via phone and so that all the papers were pretty much ready to go once I arrived. I took it for a test drive and all was in order. The 2013 F150 was in amazing condition and was for my 20 year old son. The finance manager, John Fisher, was also very nice and helpful. Although it was a 6 hour drive round trip, it was well worth it because the whole transaction was done the way I like to do business. All upfront and no sneaky fees or lies like most dealerships. Plus we got a very fair deal on a great truck. I highly recommend this dealership and my salesperson Lynsday! Thank you so much for making the purchase of this vehicle so pleasant and easy!

My car was involved in a rear end collision, body shop did a good job fixing the body work. The car was taken to service as I specifically mentioned that the brakes weren't working right and the alignment was off. With that being said I was told it was fixed, to my surprise it wasn't. Brakes have to be pushed through the floor board to stop and someone that must have no idea how to do an alignment must have worked on that portion. They did such a great job that if you let the steering wheel go for a second you will be making a right hand turn unintentionally. Its great that the superstar that worked on it test drove it afterwards....(insert sarcasm). I know we are all human but all one would've had to do was test drive the car after the work was done to know it wasn't right. Personally as my lease is ending soon I would never lease from this dealership again.

Dont buy used vehicle, they don't inspect and service them, instead coverup blemishes and problems. And sell you a warranty for the problem that's not worthy. Realizing that they took advantage of me from the date of purchase 4months later ,I took my car in basic service oil change, I had already bought and replace old tires with was bad, they came back to tell me the brakes are bad ALREADY and I need a alignment. When I left my started car driving rough, 4 day later the car started shaking check the oil ,dip stick low and dirty. Call them put on hold no answer.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful from the time you pull into the service area. You are greeted by someone to take your vehicle and direct you to your service manager. The service manager greets you warmly and verifys all your information and explains what is required to keep your vehicle in tip top shape. As you are waiting you walk around or sit in the lounge enjoying the refreshments provided free to you. The sales folks on the floor all say hello and want to have a conversation regardless if you are looking for another vehicle or not, they make you feel like friends and family.

We had a great transaction, as we recently traded in 2 different model vehicles for one new XT5.
Bruce and Paul at Autonation in Port Richey were fantastic to work with and made (what could have been a difficult) very easy. Of course, it always helps when the buyer/consumer does their homework in advance. We were in and out with the new XT5 in approx 3 hours total.
The Sales team took the time to understand our needs and only then helped provide our solution. They answered all questions, reviewed all features and options, toured and intro to the Service Mngr, and no back/forth price haggling.
Bottom Line; we just couldn't be more pleased with this sales person and dealership!
