My CUE screen was not working. This was he second screen I have had to replace in 100,000 miles. Steve negotiated a great rate at a minimal cost for the replacement quickly due to issues Cadillac has been having with the screen. It is great to use a service department where you feel like you are being treated fairly.

Absolutely dishonest and awful staff. I work at a prison and have to be really careful about who/how long I interact with people with this virus stuff going around. Not to mention I live over two hours away from Davis Chevrolet. I found a truck for sale from this dealership on cars.com and called to ask about it. Was told by the salesman Mark Brannan that they could hold the vehicle me as long when they ran my credit I was approved for the truck loan. I gave them my info to do just that, got approved for the loan and made plans to come pick it up on my day off. I got a text the following morning from mr mark Brannon that they sold the truck after I was told they were holding it for me. Not to mention the foul language mr Brannon used due to the fact “he’s just as mad as I am because he lost money on the *uckin truck”.

I thought I'd take the time write a review during these weird car buying tines- My wife and I bought a used Kia Soul from Sunset through Marshal Zimny, the best salesperson you could ever ask for. The thing is, I bought the car from NJ. Marshal walked me through the whole process, facetiming me with video of the car and giving me his professional opinion (which I trust very much) after he test drove it for me. Marshal put his reputation on the line, as we were flying to Sarasota one way to buy the car and drive it home. I can say that it was one of the best car buying experiences of my life- we established the (very good) price, handled all the paperwork we could online, and the car was ready for us when we arrived. We test drove it, and then we closed the deal and were out the door in 45 minutes.
And it has been almost 8 months since we purchased the car and there has not been a single problem. So if you are i the market for a car and need a dealer to handle all the heavy lifting- this is the one 5 stars for Sunset, Marshall, and the rest of the staff.

talked to me in Spanish I don't understand Spanish. I called him never fixed the problem .
I had free subscription to cirrus radio asked him to help never did. I fixed both problems myself.
Then I seen some roaches in the car. So I called general manager he said he would like to speak with me personally . After the e-mail back and forth with GM the salesman called me made an appointment to come in try to get rid of bugs . GM never called me . Took the vehicle in a few days later seen more bugs e-mailed both the GM and the salesman never got return e-mail from both of them .
