So far my experience with dealership has been great. Allen responds quickly if I call him with questions about my new Jeep. When I picked it up he setup my U-Connect system for me and showed me how to use everything. He is a keeper.

We pulled in to look at a new Grand Cherokee Overland I had seen on their website. David Barth appeared immediately and fifteen minutes later we had traded cars. In about an hour it was detailed and ready to go. David was very attentive and through. No high pressure and having to deal with two or three people. Just like dealing with the old time small town dealerships. He did a very good job explaining all the new features to Rose (I seldom drive it). We'll be back.

The sales experience want well. The van had a dead cell battery that wasn't known till the next morning. The service dept seemed overwhelmed and took 2 hours to replace the battery. I guess I thought since i just bought it the day before they might have been able to get it in sooner...

From the moment I drove through for my oil change, I was welcomed with a friendly smile from service tech Steven who greeted me with a kind smile and a handshake introducing his self. He made me feel very welcomed. The lobby where i waited was very clean and comfortable. I then was welcomed again by Brian Chicco who made me feel at home. He promised me my Jeep was in good hands. After my service was complete, Brian and Steven spoke and explained things to me that I did not understand. Brian went out of his way to go talk to another tech about my service to get clarification for me. He was very friendly and patient. I felt like my business was welcomed there. Brian explained to me in detail what I needed to do next. It was obvious he made time for me as a customer. I highly recommend this location for your services. This was by far the best experience in dealing with a mechanical issue with my jeep. Drove to the dealership with an issue and Marko was extremely helpful and took care of me the same day. Wells Chrysler Jeep Dodge is by far the best dealership with which we have dealt. Had a specific vehicle with specific options in mind. Wells offered to order for us. Vehicle arrived ahead of estimated arrival and the negotiation was exceptional. We were extremely pleased. The Service Department is terrific - having used the Service Department with my previous vehicle for oil changes and repairs.
Wells Motor Company is exceptional in all respects. Our salesperson, Kathy, went out of her way to do whatever she could to keep us advised of the status of our vehicle. She is very knowledgeable of the electronic aspects of our vehicle. She fully explained all of the options to me. Jeff, Business Manager, completed the necessary paperwork quickly and all appropriate documents were signed and explained to us fully.

I purchased a Ram 1500 in July 2017, it was easy to buy because they were so anxious to sell the showroom truck. From the start the front driver suspension was squeaky but I assumed it was because it was new and needed to be broken in. A year later and my strut is shot because the lift kit that Garber had put on was not installed properly. I tried to get it repaired and neither my original warrant nor the "life time" will cover it because the lift kit Garber installed is after market and not covered. Something they conveniently neglected to inform us of when we spend the small fortune on the truck. I have been working with Chrysler but they are putting in on the regional manager who will not authorize the repair because of the aftermarket kit. If you buy a truck from here be very aware that if you ever need your warranty you will most likely be stuck with the bill. This is my first, and most definitely last Chrysler product. Just a final note for anyone thinking of buying Mopar products, they do not warranty any of those either.

I have a 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 that needed some maintenance. I met with Kelly on Monday and told her what I wanted done. 1) I wanted the a/c blower motor replaced. 2) I wanted the slide temperature control module replaced. 3) I wanted the gasket replaced on the passenger side window replaced. I made an appointment to bring the truck back on Tuesday at 10:00 to have the work done. I asked Kelly how long it would take, and said “a day to a day and a half”. I received a call from Kelly Wednesday afternoon around 2:00 telling me that the blower motor didn’t need replacing, the a/c system was way over charged. I told her that the tech that worked on it didn’t know what he was doing. Then I asked if they were through with my truck. “No we just got through with the diagnosis” I asked why they did the diagnosis, because I told her I wanted the items replaced. The blower motor had not worked right in over a year, in fact one of the techs there had showen me where to hit under the glove compartment to make it work when it would not come on. Then I was told that the temp slide worked fine. Again, I told them ( by this time the branch mgr was there) they didn’t know what they were doing. Again, I was told that the tech said it was fine. I said, it couldn’t work fine because the slide for the passenger side wasn’t even there. It was broken off. I think you can see the some of the problems I encountered with this service dept.

Last month my daughter and I came here originally looking for a newer used model Dodge Journey. Our salesman name was Omandi. Perfect gentleman. Answered all questions and took my trade in. He broke down how I would actually be saving money if I went with NEW NEW. The sales manager worked his magic and came out to tell us "Congrates the 2018 is yours" I almost burst into tears. My whole life I have NEVER had new new. Always had used and always had to worry if something was going to break down with me and our kids in it. This dealership by far beat ALL of my expectations. They got my daughter who is 8 involved in the deal by answering her questions which made her feel good about coming with me. Every person that we talked to made us feel like family instead of just another number on a chart for the month. By far I will be coming back to them for service and anything else that we may need. Because of them I dont have worry about if my vehicle is going to break down when I'm sitting at idle or if I need to drive over an hour to a doctor appointment. I cant brag enough about this great dealership. If you want to be treated like you deserve to be treated GO TO ORLANDO DODGE!!!!! on colonial!!!! By the way my salesman still contacts me and ask me how the vehicle is a month later!!! Do yourself and your family a favor and go there first, you will NOT be disappointed!!!!!
