Luke Muse was such a pleasent sale person regarding the fact that he did not pressure nor deceive my husband and myself when negotioning for our 2026 Sienna LE. In fact he gave us right off, the best deal I could ever hope for. I did plenty of research and knew what price to pay and Luke met us without me having to fight for the price. The only sale pitch we had to endure was in the Finance office where the finance saleman tried very hard to talk us into an extended warranty. We stood firm and he finally gave up. All in all the whole thing was a very pleasent and stress free experience. Not what I was expecting.

I had read many positive reviews about this FL dealership from Caredge. They did not disappoint. I chose my sales contact, Steven Silverstein, from his many positive reviews here on Dealer Rater. Steven was able to get me the car I wanted with the features I desired and none of the features I did not want. Steven is a good communicator, very low pressure and personable. During the pick-up process, I was greeted by one of the owners, Josh, who thanked me for my purchase which was a nice gesture! My interaction with Franco went very smoothly. I always use this location for my service appointments and yesterday was by far the least communication and awful service I’ve ever received. I had to reach out to the advisor I usually use just to get updates on my vehicle that was sitting around waiting to know what I wanted to do about an issue it had. Scott is by far the worst advisor I’ve ever come across at this location. No communication AT ALL from drop off to pick up. When I was dropping the car off he was too worried about how he dropped his phone instead of getting my number down for contact. When picking up my vehicle, I arrived at his desk and instead of immediately greeting me, he decided to keep tapping his mouth to his co workers as if it was lunch time. Monster cans and crackers all over his desk. Just in all very unprofessional compared to what I’ve dealt with in the past. It’s a great location just some people need to be weeded out.

Ya era tarde y, durante el proceso, me recomendaron cambiar la operación a un LEASE. Confié en las explicaciones que me dieron y firmé, pero después, cuando pude revisar con calma todos los documentos, encontré cargos y condiciones que no coincidían con lo que yo entendí que me habían explicado verbalmente. Lo que más me molesta es la falta de transparencia. Antes de firmar no sentí que me explicaran claramente cuánto terminaría pagando, qué correspondía a cada cargo y cuáles eran realmente las condiciones financieras del lease. De haber entendido todo de la manera en que aparece reflejado en los documentos, NO habría aceptado el trato. Después regresé personalmente al dealer buscando una explicación. Hablé con el vendedor, con Finanzas y pedí hablar con un manager. En lugar de recibir una respuesta clara, me mandaban de una persona a otra y nadie parecía querer hacerse responsable de explicarme lo ocurrido o buscar una solución. No estoy hablando de arrepentirme simplemente de una compra. Mi problema es que considero que la información que recibí verbalmente durante la negociación no fue suficientemente clara ni consistente con lo que posteriormente encontré en los documentos. Por eso recomiendo EXTREMA PRECAUCIÓN antes de firmar cualquier contrato en Toyota of North Miami. No confíen únicamente en explicaciones verbales. Lean cada página, pidan copia de TODOS los documentos antes de salir, revisen cada cargo y no firmen hasta entender exactamente cuánto están pagando y por qué. Yo sigo buscando una explicación y una solución formal a mi caso. Si Toyota of North Miami considera que todo se manejó correctamente, agradecería que un representante con autoridad revise mi contrato completo y me explique por escrito cada uno de los cargos y las condiciones que me fueron presentadas.

While traveling from West Palm Beach to Arkansas we had our 2015 4Runner towed to Lake City Toyota after it stranded us just south of town. I called the Service department and spoke with Raquel and she was so helpful in getting us info for a towing company and getting the service department scheduled to get started working on it as soon as we arrived on the tow truck. Oscar and the other staff started immediately diagnosing the issues to try and get us back on the road. It turned out that the computer had shorted out and took other electronic components with it, so a new computer was ordered. In the meantime Raquel helped us with a hotel and the next day we rented a car and continued home. After 3 business days Raquel called to update me and told me the computer was installed and the car was running perfectly but in all the electrical short circuiting that our battery was also bad. She gave me the price of the repair with the battery included I agreed to the repairs and headed back to Florida to pick up the 4Runner. When we arrived back at the Dealership all work had been completed as expected! I am very Grateful for the personal care shown to us throughout this entire process! He was incredible, responsive, patient, and always there through all our questions and the back and forth while we worked on the price. Once we agreed on the numbers, we met Anthony Soto, our sales representative, and that’s where the experience became very personal. Anthony was calm, composed, respectful, kind, and knowledgeable, but more than anything, we trusted him. There was no pressure and no uncomfortable sales pitch. He genuinely did everything he could to work with our numbers and make the deal work for us. We actually left the dealership to talk things over, and we came back largely because of Anthony. That says a lot. His work ethic and the trust he created with us made the difference. Then we met Adrian in Finance. Again, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He walked us through the entire process, explained everything clearly, and made sure we didn’t leave with unanswered questions. And finally, Sofi in the insurance office. She was just as knowledgeable, empathetic, kind, and genuinely helpful. Something stayed consistent with every person we dealt with: the smiles, the patience, the respect, and especially the feeling of trust and calm they gave us. You can train people to follow a process, but you cannot easily fake genuine kindness or good work ethics. We felt both from beginning to end. I’m truly grateful I decided to purchase my car at Headquarter Toyota. Yes, I went there to buy a Toyota, but how I was treated is what I’ll remember. If you’re shopping for a Toyota, ask for Alejandro, Anthony Soto, Adrian, and Sofi. I think you’ll understand exactly what I mean.
