It was such an easy and relaxing buying process working with Larry Fitzpatrick. Even though we (mostly I) kept bouncing from one vehicle to another, he stayed the course. He was a wealth of knowledge in all things Tiguan. We appreciated that when we decided to come back the next day, there was no pressure to make a quick decision. I plan to enjoy my new Tiguan and drive it as long as my previous vehicle. Larry, you are awesome. We enjoyed the experiencer and the great conversation. Jacob's service is great! However, Napleton VW's service quote was around $2,800 for Front/Rear brakes incl new rotors, (4) tires and an alignment. I ended up going to Tires Plus and the total was $2,004... and that included LIFETIME alignment and Road Hazard for the tires. All I ended up getting done at Napleton VW was a Schedule 1 Service for $176. My future oil changes will be $100 at Tires Plus. I really appreciate Napleton's level of service such as the Inspection Video by the Service Technician, Kyle, and the recommended items that I can view and Approve/Decline right from my phone, but I don't like it so much that I'll pay an extra $700. Again, Jacob's service is 10/10!
