Joshua Reynolds is a superb salesman. I came in for service and he approached me about trading in my car. He gave me two options to think about. He never pressured me about making the trade. I left the dealership thought seriously about the options he offered and decided which deal was better for me. Joshua was low-key soft spoken the perfect salesperson you want to deal with. Gunther of Delray really has the best sales and service departments.

The only reason I used the dealership was because of Tristan & Mandi I do not agree with the dealership's policy to charge 3% fee if a customer needs to use a credit card to cover the repair cost. Not a customer oriented policy.

Jon made sure me and my wife got the best deal and took care of us letting us know about our issue and even though our vehicle was out of warranty, that VW would still cover it being it was a known problem. Appreciate the honesty - most dealers would have told us we're screwed and made us pay 100%, but he went to bat for us - super dude and honest seller - my wife's vehicle issues have gone away now - many thanks!

The dealership was not honest. I was told Lohacj comes with the vehicle, when in truth, I paid for it!!!!! Also, the price of the vehicle reduced by a substantial amount in 1 and 1/2 days after purchase. I know they knew and just blew me off when confronted !!!!!!! Not acceptable business!!!!!!!!

Hands-down the best car buying experience! Scott at Hannah Volkswagen of Orange Park was fantastic—super knowledgeable and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. It was our first time ringing the gong at a dealership, and that just made it extra special! My fiancé got the SUV he’s wanted and I got a Jetta. We didn’t have to spend hours there, which I really appreciated. They made me feel comfortable, walked me through all the details, and respected my time. 10/10 would recommend!

The purchase price is not what they are selling the car for. After negotiating the price I was told that a $2000 lowjack system was mandatory threw the dealership. After negotiating that we agreed on a price. It went to finance where I was told I needed a mandatory $4500 warranty and $1300 in gap insurance and had to finace threw them at a higher rate. My sales person said there was nothing he could do as it was a different department. Bottom line. Don't waste your time at Doral VW.
