My experience as a purchaser/lessor of cars for over 45 years is that this dealership is thee worst I have ever experienced. Misleading sale tactics/pricing; incomplete lease and warranty disclosures and non refund of a cancelled warranty are a few of the issues. I have been trying to get a $595 refund since I leased the car in 2016 and have gotten nothing as of today.

Everyone was very helpful. I was very frustrated that this was happening to the car. Wasn’t expecting repairs. Being a girl I just never know if the services are needed. I have no way of fact checking so I have to go w what I’m told. In the back of my head I always have doubts. Just spend 1,000 a few weeks previous on tires (again didn’t think I needed them yet) so to be hit w this charge I was not very pleased.

I went into the dealership thinking I was buying a 2018, after signing the paperwork I was given a 2017. I gave the car back within the hour and they refuse to give me 2018 as promise and would not take back the car. I was told that I was stuck with the car and they will tow it to my house.

I bought this car a month ago and they told me the car passed the inspection. I blew a tire and had to replace 3 of the 4 tires because the tread was too worn. The inspection I had at the dealership 3 days ago had all 4 tires at 6/32". I had the tread rechecked and the tread was at 3/32" for 3 and 9/32" on the last one. The tire years were 2014 for 3 tires and 2017 for the fourth tire. The owners manual says you should not have more than 4/32" difference between any of the tires. I was transferred to 4 different departments and no one knew what to do. One person told me the tread was checked in November and all four tires were measured at 9/32". They refused to correct the issue and instead talked to me like I was a child.
Also, when I bought it the seat belt needed to be fixed and they said it was my fault but I only had it about 15 minutes and they almost refused to cover it.

I would warn everyone to avoid this dealership, they blatantly lie to you and have no qualms about selling you cars riddled with issues.
We purchased a used car, but noticed that despite their comprehensive "inspection process"(I must have heard this a dozen times during the sales pitch) there were a few issues during the test drive that needed to be fixed; they documented and agreed to fix these issues as part of the purchase.
Only one of three issues finally ended up being fixed after they had our car for over a week. It was clear they didn't even investigate one of them, that would have involved removing the tires of the vehicle and the lug nuts were still corroded on. They told us that they thoroughly looked and couldn't find an issue.
The staff is complacent at best, they don't return phone calls, clearly the culture encourages sales to lie to customers, and the service manager is condescending and rude. I know that finding a good dealership is not easy, but these guys are the bottom of the barrel, just stay away.

I went to niy an used the salesman Bob Mitchell and I agreed on a price and shook hands on it...The finace manger got me distracted on warranty...I signed and did not look when I got home price was original...not the agreed to price. THIS PLACE is very dishonest.

Last weekend, I took my forte in for a recall repair, and while I waited first thing in the morning, I decided to browse the show room. I had been eyeing the NIRO and have always really liked the Sportage. Dave, who I met first thing answered my questions, and even allowed me to test drive both vehicles, which I am glad I did because it reassured me that I really wanted the Sportage. Dave took his time with me and was very patient and kind. Even though I did not buy that day, he and the staff worked to get me a rate and offer that fit my budget. It was great working with Dave and Steve. they were not pushy, which I appreciate. I LOVE MY SPORTAGE and appreciate the great car buying experience.

I've been bringing my car here since 2014 and I've always been tested right and we'll taken care of. Many Kia repairs take specialized tools that I dinner have at home but I've never felt taken advantage of. Ali the work is explained and anything I can do myself they're happy to give me a pointer or two to make sure it gets done right. they even price match local tire stores and the have the TPMS sensors on hand (I've had two go out since I've owned the car). Plus my car is washed every time before I get it back. No reason to go anywhere else.

hello drove 2 hours to buy our kia forte, now this is a nice car but wasn't offered a lot of choices with our credit, everyone was helpful,considerate and paid full attention to our needs, excellent salesman who actually is a credit coach, very knowledgeable,
you will walk into a dealer full of nissan, vw and kia products.
salesman let us put minimal down and we took the car home, then met later with our cosigner another day off site at a diner, their was where we were caught up with the paperwork, but did not have the window sticker verifying stock and optional equipment, on the contract it is very unclear what the car actually was priced at, it had a service plan option that in our case was not necessary.
for 6 months now, all on our own, 6 or 7 attempts to get the service plan and window sticker issue is not resolved we have since gone to ftc for resolution thanks

Went today for a recall service appointment that they comfirmed Upon arrival had to wait for 29 minutes only to be told that they didn’t have the tool to perform the recall. Now I have to schedule it at a different dealer They claimed they called clients but obviously did not. Nor the other customer that was there also Very unprofessional
Shady Salesman - Jaded100miles
This salesman was shady, dishonest and completely un-trustworthy. I didn't trust him the moment I walked in the door. I found a Ford F-150 online and emailed the dealership that I was interested the same day. They responded quickly.
The next day, the website showed that the price of the truck had increased by $1,500. I replied to the email that I would not be driving over 100 miles to look at the truck as the price had increased.
A salesman called me and asked me what price I had seen online. He asked me to send him a screenshot and told me to come on up as they would honor the price. I let him know what day and what time I would be there.
When I got there, the truck was parked out front and there was another customer in the truck. The salesman that I had spoken to said "Well it's first come-first serve and I didn't know you were coming." I replied Yes- you did because I talked to you on Saturday. He then asked me if I was interested in any other vehicles on the lot and I said No. Then he told me that guy wasn't buying the truck and we could take a ride in it. During the test drive, he again told me they would honor the internet sales price. He also mentioned that he had me in his appointment book at 4:30 (just minutes earlier he didn't know I was coming?)
When we got back to the dealer, they took my trade in for a drive and he came back to tell me that they would NOT honor the price I saw online because it was a special sale.
I believe that he had already sold the truck to the other gentleman. He lied to me multiple times in our conversations and changed his story about the online price numerous times. What a waste of time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
