My salesman Mr. Andre Jennings was very knowledgeable... - sharakagrier2976
My salesman Mr. Andre Jennings was very knowledgeable about the 2020 Kia Forte that he sold me on 11/2/2019. I was not familiar with Kia and all of its features and I am glad that I went in that direction. You're in very good hands with him so please go and see him when you're thinking about purchasing a vehicle.

My dealership for life! - Customer for LIFE
I have bought 2 vehicles from Bill Walsh KIA/Ford. I worked with Robert from the KIA side to buy my 2020 Telluride. He was a pleasure to work with. It wasn’t the traditional car dealership experience where they’re trying to for me to buy the vehicle. Besides Robert, I also worked with the GM Mark. He truly made the car buying experience very easy.
When I decided to buy a newer truck for myself I went back to Robert to give him a chance to win my business. Just like the first time, it was a win win on both side. Robert has bright the truck from another dealership for me to test drive. Robert has it cleaned up before I got there. They were already at a good price according to car gurus but was still willing to negotiate to keep my business and stay local. When it was all said and done, Dave the accounting manager had everything good to go and all I had to do was sign. Thank you Robert, Dave, and GM Mark B. I will forever bring my business at Bill Walsh KIA/Ford !

New 2020 Kia Telluride - Susan
After a long wait for our new 2020 Kia Telluride, we were so excited to pick it up yesterday. Quentin Stanley was great to deal with, he keep me in the know of the status of our new vehicle and made the final process easy and fast. He was so pleasant to deal with and would recommend Gerald Kia of Naperville and Quentin Stanley to purchase a vehicle.
Bad experience - miguelm
Tried ripping me off and making me pay $19000 for a $6500 dollar car, I had to negotiate 4 times to get a decent price at $12500 I then talked to the finance manager before I close the dean and got it back down to 7300 with a very high credit score. I don't believe they would attempt to try to make me pay such a high ammount also, I was promised a new key which I don't think I will see. they were being very shady about the whole process and had a bad experance

Joe Picchetti is the best salesman ever!!! - DogTaxi
I was anxious and afraid as I walked into the dealership because car shopping is usually such a stressful experience.
But then I met Joe Picchietti.
He calmed my nerves and made me feel comfortable and relaxed about the whole process. I explained to him what I needed and he found a bunch of cars that not only fit my budget, but also took into account my dog and helped me to find a dog seat cover for the back seat that was absolutely perfect!
Joe went above and beyond for me which I didn't expect but was extremely grateful for.
If you need a car and you want to work with someone who is trust worthy, patient and actually cares about you, go visit Joe Picchietti!
Tim Slattery was also super helpful and nice helping me with the paperwork at the end!
It was a great experience all around!
Online advertised price (mandatory dealership items) - Sagar
Online sales person contacted me directly after my online inquiry in response to their online listing of Nissan Altima 2019 SV trim AWD. She provided the quote of $21,000 excluding title, sales tax, documentation fee. We drove 2 hours to this dealership and when we sat for final numbers, Sales manager came up with a OTD price of $26,040. So the price that they confirmed changed from $21,000 to $23,710 (+ the sales tax+documentation fee+government fee is $2,330, which was excluded from advertised cost that we already know).
So when we asked about it, he mentioned about the mandatory dealership items (wheel locks $599, simonize paint $1599, anti theft protection $399 and ETHOS $355) that I should pay to qualify for the online advertised price. When I showed their site where this information is not mentioned then he mention that you won't be driving all 2 hours to their dealership if price is not attractive but they will be in loss if they sell the car for online advertised price. So I have to buy these dealer added items at their mentioned price. I ended up paying extra $2000 than what I was expecting to pay for the car. I know if I buy the wheel locks directly from Nissan it cost me $70 but I paid $599, I don't need the simonize paint and anti theft stickers but had to buy in order to qualify for online advertised price.
After reviewing other online reviews, I am seeing similar responses from other online shoppers about this dealership. So please beware of the online scam price that this dealership offering, though dealership and inventory seems decent not sure why management is encouraging this dealership item scam(?)
Save your money and time! - Mismow78
I apologize for the long review but if you are considering buying a car from Kia of Bradley you can’t afford not to read it. Outside of our sales person this was the worst buying experience of my life! I bought 2 cars in cash and it was a disaster. We bought a 2013 Chrysler 200 and a 2006 Pontiac G6. I told them I needed 2 two safe and reliable cars. They sold me a G6 that didn’t make it 25 miles before it wouldn’t start. Of course they refused to fix it......even after Derek the sales manager promised a solution. The service department clearly does very little when inspecting the cars. They did enough to get the check engine light off and then sold it.
I was told by the sales manger the G6 would be reliable enough when it left that he would feel comfortable putting his 16 year old in.........yet the services department looked at it and did not one repair! Of course that was after we had it put on a computer AND GAVE THEM THE CODES!! I was also told that I would get the $60(for the tire they promised to fix and didn’t) back in labor on the G6. Well that didn’t happen. When it comes down to it they screwed my 15 year old out of $1,500 that he worked 2 years detasseling and baling hay to make. I asked to find a solution that was fair to both parties. I was more than welling to fix the wheel bearing and sunroof but wanted Kia of Bradley to fix the emissions issue and the transmission problems. I feel those are things that would have been found in a half decent inspection and the car had codes coming up for both. How does Kia of Bradley think it’s good business to sell cars that quit after 25 miles?!
Don’t get me wrong I understand that when you buy a used car you run a risk of issues, but I have been buying used cars since 1996 and have never had this many issues nor have I ever been screwed over this bad!!
I had to write 3 checks because they looked at someone else’s paperwork and charged me to much tax. It took a considerable amount of time and there was no financing involved. The sales manager did ask me if I would let them run my credit because I am assuming he thought I was writing bad checks! What a joke! Even my sales person was embarrassed and apologized! If I wanted you to run my credit Derek I would have financed the cars!
The second car I bought had a tire light on warning of low air. We had to air that tire up 3 times on the way home even after I was told by 2 sales reps it would be taken care of. We took the car to a tire place and was told the tire was plugged in a place that it’s not even legal to put a plug in!
I own my own businesses and one of which is a retail store so I understand the customer service aspect. I know sometimes you just can’t please someone. That’s not this situation at all. I was more than willing to compromise, but unfortunately Kia of Bradley is nothing short of cons. They make promises and guarantees they have no intentions of honoring.
I will never return to this dealership and I hope Mackenzie considers going somewhere with some integrity, customer service, and honesty! She’s a great sales person and working for a place like that will give you a bad reputation.
As a woman I was very anxious about how I would be... - mwats818
As a woman I was very anxious about how I would be treated at dealerships. I really just wanted to look at & test drive a few different brands & models so I could make a decision when I was ready to buy. I started at one dealership & felt very pressured to buy right then & there. I was so mad I went down the road to Kia which was next on my list. A totally different experience! Aldo was great! He was very attentive, listened patiently, had me test drive the models I wanted to compared all the while explaining what each one offered. I decided on the Sportage over the Soul because more cargo area but brand new was way over what I could afford especially with not so great credit. He asked if I would be interested in a CPO car. I said sure. He found a 2017 Sportage loaded & with low mileage. I loved it! I was willing to see if I could even get financing but not expecting it & so I saw Chris. He treated me very respectfully, listened to my financial woes & set out to work some magic. He came back a short time later & told me he found a bank to finance me with the terms I could live with. My husband was out of town but he spoke with Chris who patiently went over it all to him & I drove that car home ecstatically!! Never thought it would be that easy! Aldo & Chris are both class acts & I am so thankful to them for making it happen!!
Drove 6 hours round trip for a 2012 Challenger.I made 3... - Gary
Drove 6 hours round trip for a 2012 Challenger.I made 3 calls to sales with questions of Condition of the car and was convinced by sales it was worth the drive. The car was NOTHING as described or pictured and was a total piece of .... inside and out.I also asked for carfax of past history which it seemed they made there own.Worst experience ever from what I thought wad a “quality “ dealership.
screwed over!!! - Rosi A
So i take it to Berwyn Kia trusting them to repair the problem. So after i pay almost $1800.00 for the repair. I start it up.... its doing the same thing with the same noise. Then they tell me its something completely different now they want another $1300.00 to repair. After arguing with them for a few days they say to make it more affordable for me they offer me after market parts. The problem is either they did the job wrong parts were bad i think they know they screwed up trying to cover there mistake and trying to make me pay for it. Two other mechanic friends saying the same they didn't fix it correctly or misdiagnosed and repaired the wrong thing. I recommend everyone steer clear of this dealership!!!
Don't waste your time take your car somewhere else! - ReneaF
I took my car in for repair. Randy, service manager tried scamming money from me. I ended up taking my car to another Kia dealership. They are absolutely horrible. I have called and left messages for Camille the GM but she has never responded back to me. I called the Kia headquarters who supposedly contacted the regional service and parts manager regarding my situation. However, I have never received a response.
On 8/23/19 I took my 2016 KIA Sorento in for service do to burning oil, hesitation, and having trouble with back the left side brake lights. The service department checked the car and said the car drove like crap and they had to run an oil consumption test. Oil was placed in the vehicle a special seal was put on the cap and we were told to drive the car for 500 miles and bring the car back to be checked. We took the car back in when we were a little bit over 500 miles the day was either on 9/5 or 9/6. We were told the master tech broke the seal removed the oil cap and documented the level of oil in the car. Over half of the oil was gone and we were told that wasn't normal and we would need a new engine. On 9/10 we were asked to bring the car back and leave it for repair and we were given a loaner car. We had given the serviceman (Daniel) the name and number to the extended warranty company where we had coverage. A week later my husband received a call from Daniel saying there was a problem with the warranty company. He said that they showed the warranty company what was wrong with the car and yet the warranty company wasn't satisfied and wanted more done. He said they wanted the engine taken apart. When I called back to speak to Daniel he was unavailable so then I called the warranty company. The warranty people were not happy they said the dealership lied and misled them. They said the dealership called them and said that they had found the issue which was oil rings and they were exposed and waiting to be inspected. So, when a representative from the warranty company went to inspect the oil rings he found that the dealership had not removed anything but a cover and the oil rings were still on the car and had not been taken apart, They weren't even visible. The warranty company was very upset because they had been lied to. Therefore, they took pictures of what they saw and told the dealership when they have them exposed to call them back out. I spoke to Randy (service manager) and advised him what I was told. He then told me that he would need my authorization to take the engine apart and that I had to pay $2000 first before they would go any further. He cited an experience he had with another customer and said that the other customer's insurance wouldn't cover the work. Therefore, the customer wasn't able to pay the fee and ended up abandoning their car at the dealership. I asked him what did that have to do with me and he said that he didn't want to have 2 cars sitting on his lot and he wanted the $2000. I told him that I was not going to pay. So, then he told me to contact the dealership where I purchased the car from to see if they would help. I called Bob Rohrman KIA who said they would assist me with the car I just had to get the car out to them. When I called and notified Randy he said that he would see about having the car towed there for me. Then some hours later Randy called me and asked me who was I going to have tow my car. I told him that he said he would take care of it and then he told me to call back to Bob Rohrman. When I called back to Bob Rohrman I was told something was not right and to see who I could talk to for help. I called KIA headquarters on 9/24 and have been strung along til today. The final answer was to contact the GM because it has to be handled internally at the dealership. I called the GM today and left a message for her but never received a call back. I called the extended warranty company and asked for a copy of their findings and pictures. They also informed to contact the GM and owner as well. I had spoken to Daniel from World KIA and was told in order for me to get my car and take it to Bob Rohrman I would have to pay $277. When I asked what the $277 was for I was told that it was for the work they did for the warranty company. I asked him what work and that they did absolutely nothing. He said that he spoke to Randy and other individuals who said they would not budge on the $277. He then told me that he could call Bob Rohrman for me to see if they were willing to help cover the $277 and have the car towed to their dealership. That was Monday afternoon and I still have not heard from him as of yet. However, I did speak to the service manager from Bob Rohrman who said they have not spoken to anyone from World KIA. The interesting thing is that the money that I would have to pay Bob Rohrman KIA in case the warranty company does not authorize the work would be $1100 but it definitely wouldn't have to be paid upfront. So, why would World KIA charge me $2000 AND want the money upfront??? That's a big xxxx jump in price and quite a difference in policy...... it's an absolute disgrace!
UPDATE: Randy from World Kia held my car hostage until I paid $275 (not $277) After I paid the $275 on 10/10/19 I drove the car immediately out to Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Kia. The service manager and technician from Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Kia broke the engine down and got the permission and authorization they needed from the extended warranty company. A replacement engine was put in my car!!! I didn't have to pay any upfront cost. Bob Rohrman Kia did their job and the repairs were covered. I had a $100 deductible to pay!! I asked Kia headquarters to give me back my $275 which I should not have been charged in the first place and they responded that it was out of their hands. They felt sorry for everything that I had been through and to call and ask the GM of World Kia Joliet to refund the charge. However, the GM has not responded back to me!!! When you look at the statement given to me by World Kia for the $275 there is no physical breakdown of any sort for parts or labor charges. It also says on the statement that the service must be performed and not that it was performed. If they had nothing to hide and had did everything right then someone would have tried to contact me to work things out. I'm going to keep fighting for my money! When I ask to speak to someone over Camille the GM no one will give me that information. Randy, Camille, the regional service and parts manager (whoever he/she is), and the ownwer(s) are SCAMMERS!!!!
Sucker’d from out of state - Dave s
Provided all information on trade in condition with pictures and received a minimum quote. Came in from out of state to make the deal and they reduced my trade by 15% . We should have believed the Facebook ratings. Buyer beware! This dealer sucks! We’re on our way to a reputable dealer.
Recall Service - Sidkids
We were sent a recall letter from Kia. We decided to try a different dealer other than the one we purchased our van from close to our home, because of a bad service experience a month before the recall. So we went online to check ratings. Found Willowbrook Kia with high ratings. We called for the appointment, explained to the lady that we only own one vehicle and could not leave it for a long time, because of the recall they did not have enough loaners. The lady was able to make an appointment the next day being a Saturday. The waiting room was comfortable the workers very friendly kept asking if there was anything that we neededd, 100% different experience from our local Kia dealer. The service was fast. No grease no dirt and grime and most of all no damage to our vehicle when we got it back, unlike our local dealer. Willowbrook are not only proffesional but caring, they saw the booster chair and did a complete inspection since van is in warranty informed us about the front tires and replaced them for us at the same time. Again the local dealer said that they did the inspection and even though van is in warranty they charged us $150 and no report was given to us,but Willowbrook did the inspection at no charge and a printout was given to us of the inspection.
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER. IF WE COULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS WE WOULD. Thank you Willowbrook Kia from the Siddons Family
Disgusted! - mattw
Disgusted! Mike, the GM of Napeton's Elgin Kia made us a deal that was too good to be true in order to keep us from looking at any other dealers in the area.
They had sold me a car “temporarily” with promise of full refund once the car we ordered came in. They did not follow through... Due to their dishonesty and practice, we ended up spending over $5,000 more than what they had originally promised. It was either spend the money or get stuck driving a car that we did not want in the first place.
Now they are selling our “used car” for more than what we had purchased it for in the first place. I’ve attached a picture of our “used car” listed for a thousand more than what we bought it for.
These guys are criminals. Give your business to someone that’s honest.

2019 Forte Internet Price from this dealer is Bogus - Beware
Listed Internet price was $3600 less then dealer price given when I went to this dealership. Particular vehicle I was looking at was a 2019 KIA FORTE .... listed price $12,390 .... actual price $15,990. Reason given was multiple discounts you must qualify for like military, government employee and many more.
HELP!! - Chinh
Fraud and tricks,
Please check these cars if it have accidents before you buy, those evils will:
- show a good car on internet, then when you come they will say it’s sold just now, and then show you their inventory (accident cars) like they done to me.
- promise I will get refinanced later after 6 months with better interest (who going to refinance rebuild and accident car? ) like they done to me.
- bullies attitude especially finance guys, lack of informations provided, don’t provide emails to contact (check their website).
