For me this was an emergency, because I was taking a trip and did not want to run the highway on the spare. It was late in the work day, but Pedro Mata, understood my circumstance and allowed me to bring my car in for tire repair / replacement. I was really surprised at how "out-of-the-way" accommodating Pedro was. I am deeply grateful for that kind if service to a Kia owner who bought from a competitor. Recently my son and I each purchased our vehicles from your dealership. About 14 days after my son purchased his (first) car, it started to have significant issues while we were running errands on a Saturday. We immediately called and drove straight to your location. Honestly, I was angry and felt awful for my son, that saved and put down $ 12K of his own money. That day, we worked with Ishmael in the service department, Larry Sweiss (Used Car Sales Manager) and Nick Garcia our Salesman. Had to leave the car for a few days to be inspected. The next few days waiting for an answer was rough. But then, you guys came through!! Spoke with Larry Sweiss, and it turned out that the fuel pump had failed and there was a recall on the air conditioner condenser. He took care of everything. The customer service that I received, from beginning to end was a true “Home Run”. It was a collective victory thanks to Ishmael, Nick, and Larry. “Real customer service” isn’t just placating the customer in the moment and then dropping the ball before the finish line…It is “following through until the end”….You guys did that, and I cannot express how much that meant to my family and I. We have purchased two beautiful vehicles from Nick Garcia, and I am sure they won’t be the last. Will be sure to refer friends and family to Nick at Kia International Orland. Cody Hamel, in the Finance, was a wonderful communicator and my car was paid off within 4 weeks for my trade in. My second car purchase was a used car. Do not trust this place! I was told 24-48 hours for vehicle inspection and they held my car for over 5 days! Its on recording of them guaranteeing by a certain date. Tried to contact multiple times and got no response. This place is very unprofessional.

Update June 2025: After 9 weeks of having my car and making me go out of my way to do absolutely everything they asked of me, on the car I took care of immaculately, they are forcing me to pick up my car or they'll start charging me. Nothing was fixed, and they wrongfully refused to honor the recall and the warranty. April 2025: The absolute worst customer service I've experienced in my entire life. Never buy a Kia! My Kia is one of the years that had an engine recall, due to their engines spontaneously combusting/exploding. They have been doing absolutely everything they can to not give me the engine that is owed for the recall. My car is still under the correct warranty, and this was verified. They made me pay a ton of money to get a new knock sensor so they could "make sure it wasn't a faulty sensor" and "it's part of protocol". They told me that I would for sure get my new engine after the new knock sensor goes off. This process took almost a month, and they wouldn't return any calls after always saying they would. After a few months, the check engine light is flashing again and showing the code for engine failure, so I bring in my Kia, assuming they would stay true to their word like decent human beings would. Instead, they try to sell me another knock sensor (the first one has a one year warranty and it's only been a few months), and a bunch of random overpriced things that had also been replaced a few months prior. Many of them are $20 items that they want me to pay $300+ for. They just try to make you buy a bunch of things you don't actually need in hopes that you'll either buy it all blindly or trade in your vehicle. I reminded them that all of these were replaced and the tech admits to not looking at the sheet before sending it over. Supposedly he has submitted a ticket with Kia service and is waiting to hear back from them for a few weeks. They are once again not returning calls and are ignoring texts. They said they would give me a loaner vehicle while they repair mine. I did not receive a loaner last time or this time, and it has already been over 3 weeks that I am without a vehicle. Do not waste your time with this dealership or Kia in general. When your faulty product is literally killing people it shouldn't be such an immense hassle to replace the broken component. The fact that the company and its employees fight you along the way is truly scummy, and they should be ashamed of themselves for treating anyone this way.

Kia tends to be through. The staff are always professional, friendly, and courteous. I know as much about cars as I do about surgery - so I have to rely on a dealership’s integrity. I find theirs to be consistently high. My only conundrum was recently being advised to replace my battery which (though only 1 year old) was deemed to have failed Kia’s tests. I agreed to have KIA change the battery and I eventually brought the old battery back to Autozone. They tested it and said it was at 71% capacity and “good”. I guess I should have asked more questions - like what constitutes “fail”. Or what constitutes “good”. I also failed to advise KIA that I hadn’t driven the car in a month and that might have influenced its charge. As it is, KIA was quite helpful - Lucy left the battery under her desk until a friend could pick it up and I could return it to Autozone. Lucy graciously put it in my friend’s trunk. Autozone gave me a full refund so I’m whole. I guess in the end I was treated nicely by Kia AND Autozone.

My NUMBER 1 concern is the SERVICE DEPT If the dealership doesn't have a good Service Dept thats a big concern! I was extremely pleased with the Service I have been getting at Auffenberg Kia in Shilo Paige and Jacob were very thorough and explained things in detail as well as making sure that I was very satisfied with the service!
