My vehicle went through some unforeseen repairs and, coming into the heart of winter, I knew I had to get a new car ASAP. Especially with an infant son, I did not want to take chances. A friend recommended Station Chrysler Jeep. I was hesitant to go, worried about the stereotypical used car salesman pressure. But, as a favor to my friend, I contacted Ryan at the dealership. He was incredibly responsive and made me feel at ease. He set me up with a salesperson, Jason, who was incredibly accessible and attentive. He and Ryan worked with me to understand my needs and preferences both with the vehicle features and benefits and with my financial options.
When I arrived at the dealership, Jason and Ryan had pulled the car up in front of the store (which included digging it out of the snow, by the way) and were ready for a test drive whenever I was. They even pulled the vehicle into the service area so I didn't have to stand outside in the cold snow/rain to inspect everything. They were such good sports, jumping in and out of various seats in the car so I could see how roomy the leg space and headroom was.
I signed a contract that night.
Later that week, when I came to pick up the vehicle, Juliana helped me transition everything from my old car to the new one in Jason's absence. She was amazing! Not only was she knowledgeable, she immediately inquired with others to find answers to questions I had that she was not positive on the answers for. She has stayed in touch since, walking me through the insurance, inspection, registration, and installation of the remote starter I optioned for. It was so refreshing to be treated so well and to feel so cared for.
I work professionally in client relationship management, so I know good service when I see it. Had I known that this is what buying a car could be like, I would have done this long ago! No lazy salespeople, sneaky tactics, or pressure. Just some people who want to help you get a decent car to drive off in.
In my decade and a half of driving, I've never purchased a car from a dealership. I hate confrontation, pressure, and negotiating. All of my vehicles have been purchased from friends of friends or I've made my dad go with me to be my muscle. I've had terrible preconceived notions of what a car salesperson was. Until now. Station Chrysler has not only my business, but my highest endorsement as well. I am so proud to be an evangelist for Juliana, Jason, and Ryan to everyone I know.

I initiated contact with JP Carlo first. I told him of two particular cars that were of interest to me and he got back to me immediately with pricing (better than I expected!). I then went to the Chrysler store and met with Frank Dumas-both the cars were warm and ready to go! I made my decision and was introduced to Jeff in finance. An issue came up with paperwork and I was offered a loaner car to use while it was straightened out, which was wonderful. Bonnie Holbrook was diligent with getting the situation settled and kept me informed each step of the way.
Frank went on vacation the following week, but that didn’t keep him from giving me updates or meeting me when my car was ready to make sure I was completely satisfied (wow-who does that?).
I feel like I was treated like I was the only customer in the world and have nothing but good things to say about Imperial. JP and the team were a pleasure to work with. I love my new (to me) car!
P.S. With JP’s help the following week my brother and his fiancé bought a car from Imperial too! Next up, our mom!

The car we bought was a ford focus and the price was reasonable and I felt secure in the purchase of the vehicle. Purchased 2017 Ram 1500 Rebel from another dealership. After driving the truck for 3 weeks, service air suspension pops up on the dashboard. I call down to the service department and speak with Mark. I expressed to Mark how upset I was considering the truck was brand new. Mark made sure I was able to get the truck in for service the very next day, Mark was extremely helpful in making sure my issues were addressed even though I did not purchase the truck from them.
Mark called me towards the end of the day to update me on the progress on the vehicle. I came to the service center to speak to him in person. Mark introduced me to Mike who was working on my truck. Mike took the time to explain all of the tests he had performed and ensured he would get to the bottom of it. Mike located a wire that was not fully connected and this solved the issue while I was present. Mike when through everything a second time to ensure there will be no issues going forward.
Mark and Mike made my first experience at Salvadores a great one. I know where my vehicles will all be serviced in the future. When the time comes to look for a new truck or car, I will be going to Salvadores.

I went into Brown Motors at the end of June to look at a few different trucks. Both Ron Duda and Carl Swanson were fantastic to deal with. I didn't actually move on a vehicle until the middle of August. Both Ron and Carl would check in periodically with me to see if I had any questions or how they could help. I never felt pressured and always felt like they were doing their best to get me into a vehicle that I would be happy with. Moving forward I will only purchase vehicles from Brown.

I just purchased a 2018 Ram 2500 from Orange CDJR. The GSM greeted me on arrival, was very knowledgeable about the product. He gave me a great price on the new truck and was very fair on my trade allowance. The salesman promptly brought the truck around for me to see, even though it was -3 degrees. The xxI manager was extremely helpful and got me a better interest rate and lower payments than expected. First off let me start by saying that if you ever read a negative review about this dealership or any of the sales man here you need to completely ignore it and realize that it’s most likely someone who is taking that frustratation ofsomething else out on this dealership. In August 2015 my girlfriend and I purchased our first brand new car from Eric and just this past week we went back to see Eric and ended up buying another vehicle off with him. Priority has always taking care of me and my vehicles with the utmost respect and professionalism. I researched my Jeep on AARP/ Buy Cars and found what I was looking for at Central. The experience began with Logan, who was tenacious yet not pushy and after a little thought, decided to go and see how things would work out. It was 9 degrees, I was immediately greeted by Dave Gilday and even though his desk was in the sub zero zone, overall , this was hands down , the best car buying experience I've ever had ( even if I had to find a branch from my bank that was open so we could check my pay off!!) Thank you sales manager for pretending the door was broken, it was fun and passed the time watching how many people ignored your sign!! Financial was great and super efficient. Although I must say, your salesman, Dave was the highlight of my day, no bull, straightforward and knowledgeable about his product. Love my choice, Love that it worked out and will recommend you highly!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE! Stay away from purchasing a vehicle from this dealership!
Bought a used vehicle from them on September 12 and was given a 60 day/2,500 mile warranty. The car, unfortunately and ironically, developed a major engine problem during the last week and half of the end of the warranty period and was, also, under the allotted mileage. Couldn't get it diagnosed by a qualified local service center until a few days after the 60 day period had passed. Informed sales manager, Dan, upon learning of the diagnosis of the car. He told me that he didn't believe that he could help me out, but said he would consult with "the powers to be." Answered me back the next day with a , sorry , but "the powers to be" ae not willing to offer any consideration or compensation.....Really? Now I am left out in the cold with a $9,500 engine repair on a vehicle that I paid $16,000 for.
Talked to a few reputable dealers about my situation and was told either, that they never encountered an unfortunate case like this, but if they did, assured me that the right thing to do, at minimum, would be to negotiate some level of compensation. Others that had encountered similar warranty circumstances said that they would, absolutely, address the problem or problems to the satisfaction of the customer to avoid poor customer ratings and possible litigation. As one individual stated..."Its only good business principal."
