Do not buy a used car here! Their purchase agreement isn't worth the paper it is written on. Any repairs that need to be done, if addressed at all, will be completed with substandard workmanship as cheaply as they can get it done, when you voicee concerns, your requests to speak to a manager will be ignored, and calls not returned. When you finally get a chance to speak to a manager, he acts as though he has no time for you and you are keeping him from his golf game. Then he bullys and be-littles you as if you know nothing about cars and refuses to discuss a resolution. When you call back to speak to the owner, you are told that he is not taking calls and they send you back to the same rude manager you spoke to initially. See a pattern here? They will send you in circles to avoid addressing any complaints, so here I am, telling anyone that will listen....save your money and shop elsewhere! You do not want to do business with a company that doesn't care for their customers! I have been left with a damaged car worth far less than I paid and it will cost $1800 to have another shop repair the job they botched!

I made sure with Amy/lisa before I even left to drive down to pine city from maple wi that I was gonna drive the car I was pre approved for home that day there words "yes for sure everything will be GREAT" no it was a nightmare I left there with no car they kept my money for 3 days and was ignored until I called my lawyer they than decided to cut me a check for my money. 😔

My wife had a screw in a tire on my 2017 Pacifica when she was 9 hours from home. She brought the car to Bemidji Chrysler Center. Josh helped her get the tire plugged and put back on.
