The finance department (1 guy) never responds and is rude. I bought my Jeep from here and also the extended warranty. Now that I have sold my Jeep, I want to get a partial refund on the warranty (as was promised) but I can't get the Mr. Tosca to return my emails or phone calls. And apparently no one else at the dealership can help me. I used to think this was a great dealership - I've bought 3 cars here - but now I realize they are good at selling cars but suck at following through on their promises. Don't fall for their act.

We are a couple hours away and had planned to puchase from a different dealership, but that vehicle was not represented correctly. We own a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. When we purchased a trailer, we discovered that the wiring was never connected. We went to the closest Jeep dealership which was Fury in South St. Paul. We had horrible service experiences with Walser, so we weren't expecting much. Cameron went to service and brought a mechanic to look at it immediately. A few minutes later, the wiring was plugged in. He offered an oil change as well.
We live on the other side of the city, but we're coming back here!

We have been looking for a Ram 2500 to pull an RV. We shopped at Kelly's to see what they could offer us. They made it simple and came to Fargo to check our and appraise my trade and gave me a very fair number in line with what I felt it's worth. John sent us various window stickers to review to try to help us find what we have been looking for. At the current moment we needed a little more cash down than what is feasible right now for me and just could not get the numbers to work. I felt they were very fair and pleasant to work with and would highly recommend anyone looking for a new Ram give John a call and see what he can do. I will definitely be looking there again in the future when it comes time to buy again!

Drove some distance to look at unique color and interior. Sales person reviewed car and then turned us over to manager. Obfuscation over pricing and not quite sure what we signed. Finance office was confused and later returned by UPS insurance card and drivers license. Finance asked us not to pay off car for at least 90 days so she would get extra Ford pay. Car poorly cleaned. Sales person later explained difficulty in cleaning cars. Not recommended.

This dealership was wonderful to work with as I leased my Ram 1500. The sales person that I worked with is Amber Genardi and she was excellent all around. She actually listened and respected my preferred method of contact which was email and was quick to answer all of my questions. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and allowed me to do everything that I wanted to do on the test drive. When it came to the financing and paperwork, I was in and out in no time. The paperwork took less than 20 minutes which was fast and painless.

When taking our car in to be fixed the men that work in the service center were completely rude and unfriendly. They got upset that I was talking too fast for how fast he could type when all he asked was what was wrong with the car. I didn’t know he was typing. The men there always treat women like they are complete morons and don’t respect their customers at all. When buying a car the sales people are nice but their service center sucks. I don’t know how they’ve won awards for excellent service. We’ve had to replace the seat covers in our van twice and it’s only 6 years old and the service guy says it’s just “normal wear and tear” in a very condescending tone. The seat has been discontinued and the guy didn’t put any effort into finding other options for us. Good service would go out of their way to help and that’s the opposite of what happened
