I just purchased a used 2016 Honda CR-V. When we bought it I noticed something wrong with the molding. Jason wrote it up for me to bring it back. While it was at home I noticed a noticed another problem. When I brought it back to get the molding fixed I explained to Jason what I found. It was something to see Jason assemble the whole Honda teem to not only look into the problem but make suggestions on how to ta1ke care of the problem. When I picked up my CR-V I was more then pleased with the results. Looks like I will be using Superior Honda for all my service needs. A big thank you to the Honda team and Jason.

These guys truly took care of me when I purchased my Acura a few months back. Fair price and great customer service... Then, I recently got a flat tire and went to get it fixed here locally in Omaha to find out that I had wheel locks custom for the Acura on my vehicle. After looking around locally, couldnt find anyone to help me out for less than $100+ which is ridiculous for 4 little locks. I called Bigler and they immediately offered to help me out. They initially tried to get a local shop to take the wheel locks off, but no success. They then paid for me to go to the delearship in Lincoln to get them not only taken off, but replaced with new lug nuts. I truly can say this supercedes any customer serviced I've previously experienced from a dealership. I was able to keep the wheel locks and order the key from the delership. Just amazing...

Chris and Spenser went out of their way to provide test drives without putting pressure on us. Spenser drove an Explorer 50 miles to our house so that my wife could test drive it for a trade-in. Chris made the closing process very timely and smooth on a Saturday afternoon while Spenser entertained our two ornery young boys. After the new Explorer was coated and read to be exchanged, Spenser delivered it to my wife at work and switched it with my our trade-in Explorer.

I just returned from what should have been the first of many visits to DuTeau Subaru considering I just purchased a 2005 model. It was instead my last visit. I simply visited the parts dept. I would have been fine with the fact that they couldn’t yet get my requested part. However, the fact that the 2 gentlemen working the parts counter couldn’t even bother to GET UP to speak to me spoke volumes. Had I been 22 and blonde, would that have been the case? Truly, what a slap in the face.

DO NOT GO HERE. They had my fiancees car for THREE days and couldn’t find out what was wrong with her car, they also made her pay for it when it wasn’t even fixed and were VERY unprofessional. They didn’t bother to call her with updates and we had to go pick up her Jeep without knowing what was wrong with it. They are lazy, useless and will suck you for your money. GENE STEFFY SUCKS!

We are currently leasing a Kia Forte from H & H Kia. The windshield was hit by a rock on the road, not an uncommon occurrence, resulting in a large crack. We took the car into KIA to get the windshield replaced over a month ago. We were told that they had to order a windshield and that they would let us know when it was in. It has been over a month and we have not heard back. We have tried calling but every time we get transferred to the service department, nobody answers. It really should not take a month to get a windshield.
