One of the best experiences at an auto dealer ever!! We were strangers to their community and were treated like locals. Issac, another young man and most of all Tom PaPa, genial with a great sense of humor made us welcome right away. While they worked we were driven to and from a diner so we could have breakfast. A very friendly driver and a surprisingly good diner. A walk through with Issy to update ourselves on the new Jeeps was friendly and stress free even though he knew we were not local. All in a two and a half hour envelop from walk in to drive out. And the price was half of what we were guessing! Oh! And the car works great! A stress free six hour, drive back to Cape Cod.

I recently had a flat tire, as usual occurring when I really did not have time to deal with it. Anyway, i had to rent a vehicle while my tire was ordered and replaced. I initially had a rental bill that I considered excessive for merely a tire replacement. I took my matter to the service manager, who agreed to split the bill with me. I thought that was quite fair and am glad to do business with a company that is willing to meet me half-way. GOOD JOB!

I have a 2012 Ram 3500 that I bought new. It has been a great truck. “Check engine” light came on the other day (which sent me into a panic). I called 4 ram dealerships in my area around Morristown. The soonest they could look at my pickup was 2 weeks out. Buddy Breuer and the service staff at Roosi got me in the very next day. I’ve been buying dodge pickups since 2009. Rossi is buy far the best service department I’ve come across. They were able to diagnose the trouble, explained to me what was wrong, and how much it was going to cost to fix. Aside from the 3 day wait on the part from Michigan, Dan the tech had the new TIPM module installed the same day it arrived. Very impressed with the whole staff. I’ll be taking my new 2020 Ram 3500 there when it arrives. Glad I found Rossi !!

I bought my challenger for oil change and some service issues. Service tech Mike Falcone recommended an oil change package that saved me money very economical. I had turn signal issue that required the tech to go thru the computer and electrical system they changed the module. I forget to tell Mike my tire pressure alert come on the techs fixed anyway.Mike informed all parts and labor were free and covered by my warranty he called me and informed about my repairs. The folks at the dealership are super friendly - great people very limited by the investment this company makes into their service department. They seem overworked and the company is experiencing turn over. getting a service appointment is challenging at best, not the service advisors fault though.
Their service area is in dire need of updating - quality of work and dedication to their customers is good. I was going to purchase another high end vehicle but I am thinking about going with a TESLA - no service required for that vehicle and Tesla is light-years ahead of the car industry.
My recommendation to the dealership is as follows.
1. Update your service area
2. If someone purchases a 60,000$ vehicle give them a great service experience like Audi and other foreign car manufacturers do. You are light years behind their service areas
3. Allow you service advisors to build a relationship with your customers and give them offices and some privacy - I am not interested in hearing customers complain about their car issues when I bring my vehicle to be serviced.
4. have adequate staff to support the vehicles you are selling - or break out into a partner ecosystem where you provide and off campus experience to help accommodate the volume of service your vehicle sales require
I said yes to recommend the service center because they have amazing people working there - and this was to be meant as constructive criticism not to knock the folks working there who do their best every day for their customers. they deserve better.

The bumper rusted out after a few yrs and I brought in the warranty that says guarantee, they blame it on where they get their bumpers from RATHER than help me out, at least go to where you get your products and try to help the customer out! You just basically said I’m SOL....thanks Quality for the kick in the pants! From now on I will go to a DEPENDABLE BODY SHOP! Lesson Learned...
