My current Toyota, a 2007 Camry, has been serviced at the dealership since I purchased it in January 2007 through the "Owner Loyalty Program" until the program was terminated after the change-over to Toyota World of Clinton. I continue to have my car serviced by your dealership and am closing in on 200,000 miles which I should reach in February 2021. My wife and daughter both own RAV4s (2017 and 2015) and aremy s are very happy with their cars.

Thinking that if I brought my car to a dealer/service close to my home would be a better option, I chose Parkway Toyota because of location. I should have researched more, my fault. While the staff was courteous, I explained my problem, and was told that they needed to investigate my problem on their own. They could not answer my questions regarding my VSA and said I would be liable for 150 dollar diagnostic fee, if my VSA covered the issue the fee would be waived. My first call from the was over 3 hours later than my scheduled appt. time, they said I needed a new battery so they could run the diagnostic, a 190 dollar additional charge. I said the battery was fine, my readings on the battery were fine, If they could not run the diagnostic without it I would pick it up, They charged me for the diagnostic regardless. Fast Forward a few hours later, their service dept. reaches out and wants to know my perception. I tell them I'm incredibly unsatisfied and request a refund for the amount I was charged. The woman says her service manager would be in contact, next day a woman says the service manager is to busy to deal with but has denied my refund request. My recommendation, check dealerrater.com and yelp and find out the ratings that way before making an appointment here, Make your own judgement, regardless, I will not use their service dept. ever again.
Side Note: I spoke with Toyota directly and found out my issue was covered under my VSA and it just seems that Parkway Toyota was looking to make money off me by finding other things wrong.

I recently had a starter replaced in my truck. They quoted me a price of 2162.00. I disagreed with the price then it went to 1400. They added extra parts in that weren't approved nor explained upon speaking with me. Tom Morin & Judie Forsythe were very disrespectful and spoke to me like a child. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE to buy or get your vehicle fixed. They will inflate the bill and then have issues with you when you question them about it. WORST DEALERSHIP & CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

Took my 2021 Highlander Platinum in for routine maintenance. Dropped it off at 7:45 am today and picked it up at 3:15 pm. When I got into the car the maintenance light was still on so had to go back inside and get a service tech. Then while driving home I realized that the old service oil sticker (from a dealer in PA) was still on the windshield and a new one had not been put on. Really makes me wonder if the oil was even changed. Not a

An absolutely awful experience. After being quoted what the repairs would cost and the amount of time it would take to complete them, they went 3 weeks and $1,000 over what was quoted. After I picked the car up it still wasn't fixed. They tried to force the wrong wiring in the repaired rear door causing the window not to work and the car unable to lock. The wheels were left not properly aligned causing the car to shake at speeds over 50mph. I ended up spending over another $1,000 at a place that actually knows what they are doing.
While the car was there over 10 calls were left unreturned. You're better off taking your car literally any where else.
