Since then I emailed 4-5 and visited the dealership 3-4x and left a note to Tim Galdieri and never even responded once on my email! the people here are absolutely horrendous. when i first came here the sales guy treated me like i was inconveniencing him. Then i wanted to buy the car so we told them i was getting a loan from my bank and i was supposed to pick up the car today because they were fixing my tires so i called to see if it was fixed, and they told me they sold it after i put 500$ down to hold it for me. this is the last place i would recommend.
this dealer does not do safety inspections on used cars - my boyfriend discovered a bubble in the side wall with a hole in it but the car passed a “safety check”. The salesman also informed us that they do not fuel their used cars, we were told it’s the customers responsibility to buy their first tank of gas.

Went into this dealer after visiting a BMW dealer which was willing to work with us in a kind manner and we were able to get a great deal for a CPO car for my boyfriend. Maybe they set the bar too high or maybe the sales manager Mina Khalil is just super condescending and a xxxxx. It’s so funny to go to a dealership as a woman alone and see the difference of treatment. They definitely did not get my money even after hours of back and forth and his attitude definitely made up my mind in the end.

I have to say we were treated with high respect, patience and we were well taken care of. All of the associates that we came in contact with were warm, friendly and eager to share their knowledge about the vehicles they were selling. The staff seemed very unorganized throughout the entire process. The time it took to complete the purchase process was exceptionally long and drawn out (over 8-hours waiting, most of that time waiting for the car to be detailed). The dealership had to transfer my trade-in from my name into theirs. The process took an inordinate amount of time and I couldn't get a straight answer from the staff. The dealership was not responsive about the time it would take to complete the process and the story kept changing about what they would need from me to transfer the vehicle and complete the trade. Also the story kept changing about the time it would take to get a check cut. Still have not received a check for my trade-in and haven't heard back from them as to when I can expect that money. Love my Subaru but would not recommend this dealership.

SCAM ARTIST AND FRAUD DEALER! BUYER BEWARE THIS PLACE SUCKS! I puchased a used SUV from them but live in another state. They charged me a mandatory $400 for titles and tags, and $500 for registration, and $900 for taxes. FOR ONE YEAR THEY HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING TO REGISTER THE CAR WHILE IT'S BEEN IMPOUNDED ON EXPIRED TAGS. EVERY PHONE CALL GETS ROUTED UNTIL DROPPED, AND NO EMAILS GET ANSWERED. EVEN THE FINANCING BANK IS SUPER FRUSTRATED AT THEM AND IS CONSIDERING DROPPING THEM AS A LENDER FOR THEIR NEW AND USED VEHICLES. MY STATE CONSUMER AGENCY HAS RECOMMENDED A LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM IN MY STATE WITH A BLACKLIST FOR THE BBB TO ADVISE NJ RESIDENTS TO AVOID THEM AS A MONEY LAUNDERING OPERATION. IF YOU PURCHASE FROM HERE, YOU WILL GET SCAMMED, WILL NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN, AND OVERPAY FOR SERVICES THEY WILL NEVER DELIVER. THEY ARE THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP ON THE EAST COAST AND ARE RUN LIKE A MONEY LAUNDERING OPERATION FOR THE RUSSIANS.
