We received the most amazing sales support. Luis was so on top of absolutely everything including all of the technical and luxurious details in our new car. We were going to come back the next morning and he actually offered for us to take the car home with us for the night, which we did. Well, we love, love the car so it was all about the deal and Luis and his manager, Eric, were incredible. They really extended themselves for us and then made it happen quickly so that we felt so great about what we got and that we were so phenomenally taken care of. Then Eric suggested an interior and exterior coating which made me remember that we get sunscreen on the doors and seats and a coating to protect the new car is the best idea ever! Love these guys. I went to Ramsey Subaru for an Express Oil Change.
I was greeting by a service rep. as soon as I pulled in. Told her I was there for an oil change, and she asked if I wanted a free car wash, which I gladly accepted. Then she said to go to the waiting room, where there was coffee, water and snacks. I went there and found comfortable seating, large screen TVs, and a variety of snacks. In less than an hour the rep. came in to tell me that I was set to go.
The car was waiting for me, cleaned inside and out as well as a car wash would do it.

Went for a simple oil change, but the service lady was trying to sell other service products such as Differential oil change and tires rotation. My car only has 29,000 miles mostly from a highway drivings. Told her” no thanks, only the oil change”, but then she added tires rotation on the work order for me to sign it. Good thing I thoroughly checked the paper, otherwise I would have approved the service I did not ask for. She was still insisting that this service is recommended at every 6000 miles. REALLY??

He made sure to communicate with us and set up a loaner car as the car was being worked on. They even did an exchange by driving the car to us in Philadelphia right to our neighborhood when it was ready. And finally, even though maintenance is our responsibility after the purchase, Emilio worked with the dealership to fix a headlight two weeks after we bought it. After a disappointing experience with two competitors, we will be bringing all of our business back to Englewood. Ask for Manny in the sales department and watch a true professional at work. He was courteous, thorough, and left us without a doubt knowing we made the right decision on not just the brand and dealer, but model and trim level. Not to mention he crushed the two other lease offers. There was a no pressure, friendly atmosphere throughout the building. We also met two technicians, Alex and Dave, both of whom really exuded a sense of knowledge in their brand. I'd feel confident bringing my car to either of them for service. I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle at Lynnes Subaru in Bloomfield and it was one of the worst professional experiences I’ve ever had in my life. This was my first car buying experience and how I was treated was astonishing. Pamela DeLorenzo, my sales person, did absolutely nothing to help me. As a first time car buyer, I was lied too, taken advantage of, and disrespected throughout the process.
Below is a list of the multiple times I was provided with false information and mistreated.
1. I was told Lo/Jack was part of the car and it could not be removed from the deal after I expressed the fact that I did not want the additional feature, twice. Pamela stated “the Lo/Jack is required because it is part of the car” implying they would not remove it or deactivate it. As a result, she was requiring me to pay an additional $695 on the vehicle. This quote can be confirmed by the person that was with me as we discussed the additional fees that were being added onto the price of the car.
2. Pamela filled out all the paperwork for the Lo/Jack and signed me up for an extended Lo/Jack warranty without telling me. She also did not explain the document that was presented to me or prompt me to read it, simply stating “just sign this for the Lo/Jack”
3. I was drawn to the Forester because I take many trips up to Vermont during the winter as skiing is one of my favorite activities. After discussing this with Pamela she commented that “if my car ever got stolen in Vermont the Lo/Jack would assist in helping the police recover it.” I was not given anything that detailed the areas of coverage however, I was able to find a document online that provided me with that information. This document also informed me that Vermont is NOT covered under Lo/Jack making the feature useless in a location I frequent often.
4. When it came down to finances, I requested a 24 or 36 month finance. After a short time Jordan, the finance manager, informed me that a 24 month payment plan was not an option. I then explained that I preferred 36 months however, I ended up only being offered a 48 month plan that I did not want.
5. I traded in my old vehicle, however the vehicle was in my fathers name. So they informed me they would send him documents to finish the deal and they would send me a check for $500 once they got the documents. It has been over a month and I still haven't received a check.
6. After going in and talking to the sales manager, Steve, I was told I’d be able to receive a refund for the Lo/Jack. Again, they told me they would mail out a check for a full refund. It has been over a month and I still haven't received a check.
7. I’ve called over 6 times to find out the status of my checks. Talking to the receptionist, Pam, Steve, and Jordan, and every time is the same response, “Let me talk to the accounting department and I’ll give you a call back” and I’ve never been called back.
This is just a short list detailing the poor quality of treatment I experienced during the buying process at their establishment. Avoid this dealership as they are dishonest and take advantage of their customers.

I asked the salesman for thier best price on a 2019 Nisan Rouge SV AWD. Sign and drive. I thought i was very clear on my instructions for the saleman to give me "thier best price".
I told them thanks not for me , they called me back three times with consecutive lower prices.
This is not the way to do business. I leased from another dealership who was totally professional and had the correct price upon calling.

I bought three Subaru's from this dealer, a 2015 Crosstrek, a 2017 Forester and recently a 2019 Forester. I asked the salesman, David Wilt, early on about doing a high mileage lease and he told me that "Subaru doesn't like to get involved with those, we don't do them." That's an out and out lie. I could have looked into a lease with buying 30K miles a year. Subaru offers that, as I found out this week from another dealer. I like to change cars frequently, so leasing is better for me. I'm so angry about this ! I called corporate, my next phone call will be to Subaru/Chase where my loan is. If I can find out who owns these franchises, I'll be calling them also. And writing the CEO of Subaru corporate. Their lie is now my financial hardship.
