My husband had the grand idea to surprise me with a Mercedes GLE 400 for the holidays. Now my husband knows we are supposed to be a team, and we make these decisions together, but he did it anyway way without consulting me! My husband is in the military and is used to throwing down orders, but knows this wife needs to be consulted about big decisions. So, as wonderful of a surprise as it was, I was frustrated. I asked my husband to bring me and the vehicle back to the dealership to talk with the salesman. I met Christopher Lopez, who sold my husband the vehicle. I honestly gave Christopher a hard time with questions about the vehicle and the cost. He took it in stride, and treated me with absolute respect. As a woman, it's difficult to navigate anything to do with automobile regarding sales, repair and so forth. I brought my car in for a low tire pressure warning. It was quickly diagnosed as a puncture in the front tire. The two front tires were very worn and so needed to be replaced. The service department gave me a loaner car and quickly installed my new tires along with the rotation. Everyone is friendly and professional.

Walk away - Disappointed
Walk away from this dealer before you’re greatly disappointed by their “B-Team” effort. They have zero sense of urgency toward customers. When I walked in there wasn’t anyone around, no receptionist, no sales person, nobody asked if i needed help. After picking up my vehicle, I called, emailed, texted various associates including my sales associate the status of my registration, No answers from any, now this is a Mercedes Benz dealer, not a used car lot, so much for “The Best Or Nothing” It wasn’t until I contact MB HQ to intervene. That was the only time I received a return call from a manager, Jen in SHMB vehicle registration, never returned my Call. Ken, no return call, email, text. I purchased the vehicle on the 3rd, the registration paperwork didn’t leave the dealer until the 19th, incompetence at its finest! if you want to get ignored after your purchase buy here. My recommendation is to walk away, give your business to a dealer who wants you as a valued MB customer. So my vehicle was parked until my registration came thru, Two weeks after my temp tags expired. Walk away from this place before you’re disappointed as I was. I received no applogy or speedy registration service refund or discount for their incompetence. SHMB is the Worse dealer we’ve dealt with in over 21 years of owning MB vehicles. Spread the word and walk away!

Had my amg Mercedes in there for service multiple times. horrible service. Did not fix issues with the car and releases it to me and then car still has issues and new issues are found later on after going to an independent shop and they accepted that there was an issue. They are hard to work with and unfortunately the only Mercedes dealer in the are so i am stuck going back there. When i lived downstate the service is way better and they care because they have competition.
Body shop is also useless as they cannot do their job right and the paint fell of the car and then tried to blame it on me and i paid for a repaint which was their issue and then they repainted it without matching it correctly to the point the service guys pointed it out

They ripped me off on a repair they have tons of hidden very unreasonable chargea they qoted 1 price then it doubled at the end do not trust these techs they are scammers and progressive insurance agreed with me on this do not trust them and if the repair shop is this bad i cant imagine the car sales are any better!

I spent several weeks looking around for a newer low mileage (less than 10,000 mile) Cadillac CTS-V coupe in black with a manual transmission. After reviewing all the normal sites such as autotrader.com and cars.com. I found that Mercedes-Benz of Rochester, NY had the exact car that I was looking for. After talking with Bob several times over the phone, he made me feel at ease and it would be a smooth transition. So I preceded to drive the well over 600 miles from Ft. Bragg(yes I am a U.S. Army Soldier) to Rochester, NY. I was greeted at the door by Bob, who unfortunately had a family emergency, and was redirected to Rene. I could not speak higher of this dealership and the sales team that helped me (Bob Corset and Rene Isidore) as well as the sales manger, Matthew Koplin. The vehicle that I was purchasing had a minor issue. (a sensor went bad upon delivery), and I truly believe that this dealership could not have handled this more professionally, and definitely put my mind at ease about the several hundred mile drive. Anyone that is considering purchasing a new Mercedes or used car regardless of where you are in the U.S., should look no farther than this dealership. It is beyond the shadow of a doubt, worth the drive.
