Exceptional customer service from start to finish. - petecooks

Exceptional customer service from start to finish. What a fantastic experience I had at Mercedes Benz of Goldens Bridge. From the minute you walk in the door, there is a warm and welcoming vibe, starting with Jackie, the receptionist. She greeted me in a professional, friendly manner and after a brief chat, brought me to my meeting with Rey Baker. Rey, the GM of the dealership, was incredible! He gave me so many options and discussed numerous ways for me to continue my relationship with Mercedes Benz. He was friendly, fair and made me feel like I had been dealing with him and this dealership for years! Next I met Victor Varga, my sales rep who showed me the car I was most interested in and gave me a complete and thorough breakdown of the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about my car as well as MB in general and provided all sorts of info without being pushy. After making my final decision, I was introduced to the business manager Joe Prudente, who went through all the financial info in a clear and concise manner. He didn't rush anything but also moved through the lengthy process at a great pace. And when I asked him to explain something a second time, he didn't hesitate. My overall experience at MB of Goldens Bridge was outstanding. First class in every way! I highly recommend Rey Baker, Victor Varga and everyone at this dealership. They are top notch people who will make your car buying experience very pleasant.

I had an exceptional experience working with Albert - kimkymkem

I had an exceptional experience working with Albert Salib. From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I drove away in my new car, Albert was attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. He made sure I felt comfortable, informed, and confident throughout the entire process, and I never once felt like I was just another sale. What made this experience especially meaningful is that this was my dream car, something I honestly wasn't even sure was within reach. Albert made what I thought might be a difficult or overwhelming process feel seamless and, in a way, almost surreal. He has a way of making you feel that everything is falling into place exactly as it should. I knew I was in good hands, and that peace of mind made all the difference. Albert went above and beyond to make this more than just a car-buying experience. His professionalism, genuine care, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I'm incredibly grateful for the role he played in making something I once only hoped for a reality. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does, I highly recommend Albert. He didn't just help me purchase my dream car; he made the entire journey one worth remembering.

I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Orange County. - TOCONNOR2088

I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Orange County. Alexia and Matt were very professional, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. This was without a doubt the best experience I have had purchasing a pre-owned vehicle at a dealership. The team had the car looking brand new inside and out when I drove it off the lot.

Nick Samuel provided an exceptional car-buying experience - Bella19

Nick Samuel provided an exceptional car-buying experience from start to finish. We visited the Mercedes-Benz dealership on 35-01 Northern Boulevard, Long Island City, NY 11101 because our current lease was nearing expiration and we were considering either leasing or financing a new vehicle. From our first conversation, Nick was helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us understand the options that worked best for us. We initially came in interested in the GLE 350 and asked for a comparison between leasing and financing, as well as the opportunity to take the vehicle for a test drive. Nick thoroughly explained the differences, answered all of our questions clearly, and promptly arranged the test drive. After driving the GLE 350, we felt that the GLE 450 would be a better fit because of its added power and six-cylinder engine. Nick did not hesitate to arrange another test drive for us, and that made all the difference. We ultimately decided on the GLE 450 and were very happy with our choice. Nick’s manager, Matt Fattah, was also friendly, transparent, and straightforward throughout the process. We received a reasonable offer, including the option to buy out our existing lease. Nick and the entire team took care of everything—from the paperwork related to our current lease, DMV, bank, and new lease—so efficiently that we were able to drive home in our new vehicle the very same day. Overall, it was a seamless, professional, and genuinely positive experience. Thank you, Nick, for making such a major decision feel easy and stress-free. We truly appreciate your patience, expertise, and excellent service.

The reason I chose to return to MB of Huntington was because of my salesman Johnnie. He sold me my last car in 2023 . He made the process so easy and convenient for me..he is professional and knowledgeable. I chose Huntington over Smithtown which is considerably closer because of my past experience with both your sales and service team. Thank you.

Just kudos to Giovanni for a no fuss no muss buying experience. Everything went great from talking, texting with him, we did everything online and over the phone. After I get approved I test drove the car and signed the papers. I only spent less than an hour at the dealership. And also Victor (service dept.) who helped me during my car services. This 2 guys are professional and courteous.

Nope! - igopogo

Nope! My Service advisor flat out lied to me about my car. It was there for service for a week, I called and he said they were just buttoning it up and should be done tomorrow.... 3 days later I called the service manager. He told me they hadn't started working on it yet. Really bad.... The service manager just blew off that his advisor had lied about the car. Worst dealer experiece ever and.... The rally sad thing is I know the owner..... We play golf together sometimes......
