Short and informative review so you know what type of place you’re dealing with. I wanted to buy a Mercedes for a price $1000 less than the rate online, shouldn’t have been a problem, except they told me they can’t budge on the price at all (no worries, won’t bore you with the insane process this was). Two days later, the car is discounted online for less than I offere. So I click on the “purchase car here”, and go through the necessary paper work. I get a receipt, that was on Saturday. Monday, I get a text from their office, I tell them I’ll bring a certified check on Friday. Couldn’t speak on the phone until later on as I’m a really busy Dentist. Call the guy later, doesn’t respond, but later texts me that the car has been sold...SORRY. What is the point of the “buy this car now” button, if it doesn’t actually mean anything. You can SLITHER your way out of anything, but anyone reading this will know that you are doing BAD business. That’s just not the way it’s done. No remorse, God forbid an “I’m sorry pal”. Just do yourself a favor and go to Manhattan or the suburbs to buy your car. Why give your money to people like this? Just looking out for the next poor schmuck that hopefully won’t waste so much of their precious time

I had the best buying experience at Mercedes Benz of White Plains. It was a preowned car, and the entire transaction took just a few hours. Daniel Malone was my sales agent. Very knowledgeable and very thorough. His personal videos added merit to the vehicle. An ultra smooth transaction. The car was great as well. The dealership was two hours away and well worth the time. Daniel and his team preplanned the entire visit. The entire team was COVID conscious, proper etiquette followed. Definitely felt safe. Victor and Matt were friendly and responsive to my concerns and desires. They were transparent and fair. They seemed to be genuinely concerned that my expectations were met and that I was satisfied and comfortable with my purchase. Even on the day of delivery, when some complications arose they were patient and understanding. They also sought out additional information on pricing of upgrades and changes to my vehicle just because I asked even though it did not have as much bearing on closing the deal. I appreciate their hard work getting me a car that I had been seeking out for some time. I have a particular taste and I my requests are very precise and targeted. I appreciate them prioritizing all of these things.

I have nothing but high praise for this place. They had the vehicle and color combo that I wanted. I inquired via email and Ashley got back to me immediately. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She was honest. She got me a good price. When I showed up to sign the paperwork, she showed me the car and it was all set to go (clean and a big red bow). She helped me set up the app and explained the features about the car. I was out of the dealership in just over an hour.

On Feb, 18 I took my car into Mercedes for B1 maintenance. I was met by service people and turned over the car to them. They were professional and did a great job on service. Finished the car within the few hours as promised. Very happy with their service. After leaving the car with I went to the showroom to wait for my wife who was picking me up. In the showroom there was a white AMG that caught my attention, so I went to look at it. I approached the side of the car, and touched the handle to get a look at the interior, wow that set off the alarm and scared the xxxx out of me. At that point the dark haired lady at the desk says to me "cant you see the sign" she was derogatory and while the alarm continued to sound other people came to see what was going on. The service guy found the key and disarmed the alarm. Now first of all I thought it was a "showroom" and if they don't want cars touched maybe they should put up a barrier that you cant enter. The lady at the desk and others looked at me like I was a burglar . The sign as it turned was on the windshield , a 8 by 11 sheet of paper. Now as I approached the car from the driver side I couldn't see the sign. The one on the side of the car didn't exist. There was no I'm sorry sir are you all right, just the dark haired lady and sales people looking at me like I was a stranger who wandered into the showroom to make trouble. Now I have leased numerous Mercedes from the dealer over the last 20years, and never experienced such a demeanor on the part of reception and others. It tells me that there is no training on how to treat a customer. The derogatory attitude, that I interrupted their day was apparent, The showroom was empty at the time and only the receptionist made any remark to me , "Can't you see the sign".

I spent several weeks looking around for a newer low mileage (less than 10,000 mile) Cadillac CTS-V coupe in black with a manual transmission. After reviewing all the normal sites such as autotrader.com and cars.com. I found that Mercedes-Benz of Rochester, NY had the exact car that I was looking for. After talking with Bob several times over the phone, he made me feel at ease and it would be a smooth transition. So I preceded to drive the well over 600 miles from Ft. Bragg(yes I am a U.S. Army Soldier) to Rochester, NY. I was greeted at the door by Bob, who unfortunately had a family emergency, and was redirected to Rene. I could not speak higher of this dealership and the sales team that helped me (Bob Corset and Rene Isidore) as well as the sales manger, Matthew Koplin. The vehicle that I was purchasing had a minor issue. (a sensor went bad upon delivery), and I truly believe that this dealership could not have handled this more professionally, and definitely put my mind at ease about the several hundred mile drive. Anyone that is considering purchasing a new Mercedes or used car regardless of where you are in the U.S., should look no farther than this dealership. It is beyond the shadow of a doubt, worth the drive.
