I've been leasing Mercedes SUVs for over 12 years through Mercedes of Huntington and received exceptional service . Recently, my car got totaled while on a flooded road. The engine seized and the fire department had to get me out of my car. Mercedes Emergency Call Center was fabulous, staying with me on the phone though the experience. Ron Kraham and Jordan Haas assisted thought the process with the insurance company and provided excellent service by getting me a preowned 2015 GLK with in a 2 week period. I love the GLK. And Mercedes of Huntington is the best dealer around.

I've been doing business with Mercedes Benz of Nanuet for over 12 years now. I've just gotten into my fourth Mercedes from the Nanuet dealership and I can say I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the experience. They really have done everything in their power to work on deal that would satisfy me and keep me as a client. The entire team works together to make the deal happen. Additionally, 2 days after I took ownership of my new vehicle I was driving home from work and accidentally hit a pothole and flattened one tire and damaged another, but having run flat tires I was able to get the car to the dealership where I met the sales manager and explained what had happened. Even though it was well after 7pm and the service center was already closed , he immediately took action and had someone take the car and put it on the service schedule for the next day. The next day, as always, they kept me well informed on the work that needed to be performed, which happened to be the replacement of the two tires. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car, I expected to pay for the replacement of the tires. I was quite surprised, and extremely ecstatic , when my long time Mercedes salesperson informed me that since I was a long time loyal customer, that they too wanted to do something special for me and that they would not charge me for the new tires. So in closing I’d like to reaffirm that Mercedes Benz of Nanuet is a class act , and I would highly recommend them to my family, friends and colleagues, who are looking for a great car buying experience!

I have now bought three new cars from them ( and traded in my old cars) and as a single woman was treated with professionalism and patience. Jim Sheppard spent several hours With me telling me the differences and test driving several models before I purchased a custom car. He had endless patience for all of my questions and was forthright in his answers. After doing research I believe they gave me the best price for my trade in as well as applied all the incentives to reduce the sticker price of my new car. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! And John and Bill in their service dept could not be more accommodating- even if I need a loaner.

I was told the SUV I leased was a demo and then I found out it was a loaner. I asked the salesperson repeatedly and he assured me it was the service manager's demo. I even have this information in a text from the salesperson.
In addition, the vehicle has a drivetrain vibration Mercedes Benz says is acceptable for this model.
PLEASE, test drive a GLE 350 before buying and see if there is a drivetrain vibration.

The worst service I've ever had at any dealership - Mercedes owner
I wanted to reach out to you to share my experience while servicing my car at your location.
I have had my Mercedes cars serviced in Walnut Creek California, Denver Colorado, Toronto Ontario and have never had such a bad experience with as little disregard for the poor service as I have at your location. I am not one to take the time to formalize a complaint, but I feel it is warranted in this case.
I called the service department last service and talked to Calvin. He was quick to say that there were no loner cars until Tuesday and that he was backed up 15 cars, and provided no indication of a solution. Rather, it felt as if I was bothering him. He transferred me to the scheduler who let me know that there were no loners, but that there were appointment slots available to bring my car in. We set up an appointment to bring the car in at 11 am that morning. I was willing to rent my own car in the interim. I brought the car in and felt like I was scolded by Calvin for doing so, reminding me that he told me he was backed up and would not even get to my car until potentially Saturday, but more than likely on Monday. Unfortunately, my car had barely made it to the dealership and I decided to just leave the car at the dealership. No call came in on Friday, so I called close to the end of the day for Status. Again, I was reminded that the car would not be seen until Monday, but that there might be a slight opportunity to have it looked at on Saturday. Again, I called Saturday to see if there was any update, and if there was a possibility to get a loner for Monday. Calvin let me know there were five people ahead of me without loner cars in the same situation, and was very dismissive. I eventually received a call letting me know the issue and that the estimate would be slightly higher than originally thought.
Today, I passed by to see if any update was available. I waited for 15 minutes while Calvin and another worker were chatting. Eventually, an older gentleman came to see if he could help, then directed me to wait for the loner car person to finish with a client. Unfortunately, I ran out of time as I had a conference call to attend to.
I understand from someone I spoke to on Thursday there that you are down to three technicians as one got fired, one quit, and the other went back to school.
I am still without a loner, without an update on my car, and quite frankly, very turned off by your dealership. I will be reaching out to Brian, the service manager, shortly to let him know about this. I also feel compelled to go online and let others know about the very poor service I've received. I also feel like Mercedes corp should be aware of this.
My hope is that something can be done to expedite the repair and find a loner car to get me through the next few days.
I appreciate a response to my email ASAP.

I spent several weeks looking around for a newer low mileage (less than 10,000 mile) Cadillac CTS-V coupe in black with a manual transmission. After reviewing all the normal sites such as autotrader.com and cars.com. I found that Mercedes-Benz of Rochester, NY had the exact car that I was looking for. After talking with Bob several times over the phone, he made me feel at ease and it would be a smooth transition. So I preceded to drive the well over 600 miles from Ft. Bragg(yes I am a U.S. Army Soldier) to Rochester, NY. I was greeted at the door by Bob, who unfortunately had a family emergency, and was redirected to Rene. I could not speak higher of this dealership and the sales team that helped me (Bob Corset and Rene Isidore) as well as the sales manger, Matthew Koplin. The vehicle that I was purchasing had a minor issue. (a sensor went bad upon delivery), and I truly believe that this dealership could not have handled this more professionally, and definitely put my mind at ease about the several hundred mile drive. Anyone that is considering purchasing a new Mercedes or used car regardless of where you are in the U.S., should look no farther than this dealership. It is beyond the shadow of a doubt, worth the drive.
