I recently made an online purchase, and Elenita, who assisted me, was incredibly kind and professional. Since we had to communicate online, there were moments when the conversation stalled or responses to my questions were delayed, which was a bit disappointing. However, considering it wasn't an in-person sales experience, it’s understandable—though it is an area that could be slightly improved. Due to my schedule, I had to pick up the car on a Sunday. Elenita handled everything flawlessly, and the vehicle delivery process at the dealership was meticulous and absolutely wonderful. If the opportunity arises, I would love to business with her again in the future.

This place is simply "The Best". Easy to say Thank You but that would be an understatement. An amazing experience purchasing our new vehicle from start to finish. A 5 star rating is not enough to say about Evan Wareham in Sales and Patrick Hunter ,GM. They treat folks to a first class process and each detail that was discussed originally was always front and center to the team. When we ran into an issue later on, Ben, the general sales manager, stepped in and was excellent. Just kudos to Giovanni for a no fuss no muss buying experience. Everything went great from talking, texting with him, we did everything online and over the phone. After I get approved I test drove the car and signed the papers. I only spent less than an hour at the dealership. And also Victor (service dept.) who helped me during my car services. This 2 guys are professional and courteous.

It's less a Service Center and more a Storage facility. Despite not having enough techs to do the work, they are clearly accepting lots of service appointments. Which might be acceptable if they gave an ETA on when your car will be ready, but they don't/won't. I'm certain the team has never had any soft skills training either. The nicest person I met was a young guy from the garage in the back. I feel sorry for the workers. It seems like an incredibly toxic workplace (women working reception referred to as "girls", everyone sour/annoyed). Avoid unless it's the absolute last resort. And then buckle in for a terrible and very long ride. You would be better served towing your car to CT...not a joke.

Nope! My Service advisor flat out lied to me about my car. It was there for service for a week, I called and he said they were just buttoning it up and should be done tomorrow.... 3 days later I called the service manager. He told me they hadn't started working on it yet. Really bad.... The service manager just blew off that his advisor had lied about the car. Worst dealer experiece ever and.... The rally sad thing is I know the owner..... We play golf together sometimes......
