Exceptional customer service from start to finish. What a fantastic experience I had at Mercedes Benz of Goldens Bridge. From the minute you walk in the door, there is a warm and welcoming vibe, starting with Jackie, the receptionist. She greeted me in a professional, friendly manner and after a brief chat, brought me to my meeting with Rey Baker. Rey, the GM of the dealership, was incredible! He gave me so many options and discussed numerous ways for me to continue my relationship with Mercedes Benz. He was friendly, fair and made me feel like I had been dealing with him and this dealership for years! Next I met Victor Varga, my sales rep who showed me the car I was most interested in and gave me a complete and thorough breakdown of the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about my car as well as MB in general and provided all sorts of info without being pushy. After making my final decision, I was introduced to the business manager Joe Prudente, who went through all the financial info in a clear and concise manner. He didn't rush anything but also moved through the lengthy process at a great pace. And when I asked him to explain something a second time, he didn't hesitate. My overall experience at MB of Goldens Bridge was outstanding. First class in every way! I highly recommend Rey Baker, Victor Varga and everyone at this dealership. They are top notch people who will make your car buying experience very pleasant.

I’m super excited to leave this review. Keith gave me information on where to purchase a Mercedes Benz dealer part while I was in Middletown NYC. I was able to pick up the part while on my way to the Philadelphia International Airport in NEW JERSEY at the Paramus dealership. I’m flying back to Phoenix Arizona with the brand new dealer part. This valueable part was not available at any of the dealerships and would have needed to be ordered. Phoenix and would need to be ordered which would have taken weeks to get. I want to thank Keith and this awesome shop for helping my son out so he can get his Mercedes Benz up and running without losing time from work. Thank you again Keith.

Just kudos to Giovanni for a no fuss no muss buying experience. Everything went great from talking, texting with him, we did everything online and over the phone. After I get approved I test drove the car and signed the papers. I only spent less than an hour at the dealership. And also Victor (service dept.) who helped me during my car services. This 2 guys are professional and courteous.

Nope! My Service advisor flat out lied to me about my car. It was there for service for a week, I called and he said they were just buttoning it up and should be done tomorrow.... 3 days later I called the service manager. He told me they hadn't started working on it yet. Really bad.... The service manager just blew off that his advisor had lied about the car. Worst dealer experiece ever and.... The rally sad thing is I know the owner..... We play golf together sometimes......
