I bought a used 2015 Fiat 500 a little less little less than a month ago from Maguire. The engine malfunction light went on. So I brought it back to see if I could get some help with that issue and also to deal with a noise that occurred when the car was backing up. Maguire sales ended up paying about $500 in parts alone so that I could have the bushing in one of my rear tires replaced and also get the problem fixed with the engine malfunction light. Service department had no problem with. The problem is Chrysler. Having problems with 2021 Laramie 1500. Nothing but issues with stereo . They replaced the stereo twice. Don't understand how you take out a brand new stereo and foot a refurbished one back. That's a whole another issue. Was told there having major issues with the software and waiting for updates. Same as they told me back in February. So nothing has changed except I have a brand new truck with a refurbished stereo

I went to the sales room late in the evening because my engine light came on my new 2021 Durango. I spoke to my salesman who kntroduced me to Tommy. I told Tommy about what happened. He asked me to stop at the service facility in the morning that they would check it and fix it, if not, they 'd give me a car to use till it was fixed. The next morning when i showed up, I was treated like a celebrity. He and Anthony checked my car, fixed it and added air to my tires. I was finished in no time, I wasn't even late to work! He explained that it was a minor issue and it had been resolved. I am so glad that I got my truck at south shore. Tommy gets 5 stars in my book for being true to his words.

Repaired the engine of my 2012 Chrysler Town & Country Van. This was the second major repair they dd for me. Like the first, which was a warranty repair several years ago, it was timely done with no surprises, and they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. In addition, they didn’t change the labor estimate even though the technician replaced the intake camshaft in addition to replacing all the rocker arms and valve lifters on the back bank of cylinders.
