From start to finish Faaiz made my experience such a monumental memory I will never forget! I had given up hope in Toyota because the shudder problem I had in my 2012 camry i inherited when my dad passed away, I was attached to that camry because it was all I had left of my dad. I had spoken with so many people who just did not seem to care. But that all changed when I called the original dealership my dad purchased his car from, Scott Clark Toyota and I spoke with Faaiz, I came to him hopeless and so sad, but he showed so much compassion and empathy, and so much care. He worked with me and continued to reassure me every step of the way and he made the impossible possible for me, he told me at the very beginning he would restore my faith in Toyota and he is a man of his word because he did absolutely that and even more! He got my husband and I into a 2024 Corolla and I couldn't be more happier! I went from had given up, hopeless, to so much happiness, gratitude, and my full faith in the company restored! Faaiz took the time to understand me and my story, showed me so much respect, and consideration, he pays attention to fine detail and remembered me telling him every thing on how my whole generation has shopped there and been with Toyota since the 70s! Even after the sale and I drove off the lot, he still checked in the next day to make sure everything was OK, and still offer any help understanding a newer technology vehicle. You don't come across people like Faaiz these days, he is a rarity and a blessing, and I know my dad is two stepping in heaven thanks to him! He took a situation that felt like there was no way out of and went above and beyond and made it better than I could imagine! So don't go to any other dealer, go to Scott Clark Toyota in Mathews NC and ask to see Faaiz and FAAIZ ONLY!!!

1FAFP90S25Y400006 - The dealership is selling this 2005 Ford GT that had many visible as well as hidden issues. Had I not done a $500 PPI (pre purchase inspection) I am fairly certain none of the issues would have been described. Dealers' jobs are to sell cars, I get that, but knowingly selling a car with severe issues is yet another. After they picked up the car from my disastrous review, which was done by Fred Ficken Ford nearby, the car went right back up for sale. Why am I writing this? If someone searches this vin number, hopefully they will order a PPI and know NOT to buy this car. Issues? Brakes are shot, rotors are cracking, shocks are gone, shocks are not original to the car, tranmission may have been dropped from the car, undercarriage damage, all 4 wheels need to be replaced, not reprayed, but replaced (which is very hard to source), tires are from 2008 and need to be replaced, CLUTCH IS SHOT, and a host of other issues. The mechanic reported paint work on rear bumper as well as burn marks on body paint from "buffing" issues. The doors do not line up on either side of the car and stripes are off for this reason when viewing from the side. Interior has damage on console as well as "odd damage consistent with possibly removing the seats" as the car is believed to have been heavily tracked. This car will take $50,000 just to make is driveable but it is unlikely to be original and after all the above, 1/3 of the car will need to be replaced. Clutch is so bad and slipping is happening already, it is about a $10,000-15,000 job to replace the clutch and re-assemble it. Hopefull you are reading this. McLaren Charlotte was very nice, and delivered the car for its PPI the day after I called - but the car is a disaster and nobody should entertain buying it without knowing the above. The above are FACTS, not conjecture, supported in the PPI.

End of June 2025, we are driving home and passing through Sanford NC. The "Check Engine Oil" indicator comes ON. Very fortunately, a GOOGLE search on my phone finds Hiester CJDR only 6 miiles from my location. Got to the dealership OK, went to Service Office, and met Bill Perry. I explained our emergency, he was able to immediately get the JEEP into a repair slot. The Technician Mr. Garcia-Alcantar found the oil pressure sensor had split and was leaking oil..... So, new part installed, an oil change and a new filter, and a complete complimentary Factory Multi-Point inspection, and we were on our way. 6 hours later we arrived home, the JEEP ran flawlessly. I highly recommend this dealership and its attention to customer service. Also, it is a great location near my kids, should I ever need any maintenace done on my JEEP. Thank you to all the crew at Hiester CJDR, this was a superior and worry-free experience. - Mark S.
