I purchased a 2025 Bronco Sasquatch 4x4 the sales representative name was Tony a good sales representative, I’m a kind of off the wall person but he dealt with me like a down to earth person, My buying experience was great we even test drove the vehicle to my house a couple of miles away I wanted to see if it would clear the top of my garage door because the bronco sits up high with the Sasquatch package. We drove to the bank I gave him a check and now I’m a happy owner the purchase was fast and easy Tony made it all easy with explaining features that the vehicle had,Park Ford had the vehicle I was looking for!

He is very knowledgeable, kind, walks you through the process. I love my new vehicle and I would definitely go back because Danny was Great. This place is amazing, best customer service ever and a great selection of vehicles. Our salesman Justin is awesome. This dealership as a whole goes above and beyond. Best customer service ever received at a dealership. We drove from out of state with 4 kids under 12, everyone in that dealership was kind, helpful and polite. My kids were hugging and waving goodbye to everyone, you are treated like family. I was impressed and amazed at their excellent customer service. They definitely gained a lifetime customer, we love our new conversion van. When we are in the market for an everyday vehicle, we know where to go. I can't speak highly enough about this dealership, a week later my kids are still telling everyone about other salesmen there giving them Popsicles, the mechanics making funny faces at them through the service window making them giggle. Our van is beautiful, immaculate, more van than we imagined and look forward to making lasting memories vacationing around. Thank you all for everything.

The waiting area is cozy and clean and you can watch from the big bay window as they work on your vehicle. Quick, thorough, and friendly. Can’t ask for more than that! My 2016 Ford F150 pickup truck developed oil leaks and I had to take it in for service last week. Phil Winkelmann was my service rep. Phil was very professional, pleasant and patient with me. He told me it would take 2 to 3 days to get it fixed. I was provided with Uber rides back and forth from the Service Department and my house. It did take 2 days to get it fixed. I am very satisfied with the repair.

I signed live docs over the internet, both purchase and Ford Credit paperwork. I flew into a closest major airport, Brondes dealership sent a driver to pick me up. When I arrived at the dealership, Marc went over the final paper work with me, we did a walk around and he explained the vehicle's new features.
