Gabe was amazing! I was given his name by another of his customers so I called ahead with a couple of choices I was looking at and he had them ready and waiting when we arrived. We ended up driving 3 different vehicles that day, made a trip to the bank and we were still in and out in 3 hours. The first hour and half was spent driving and deciding which one we wanted so to be fair, Gabe had all the paperwork done, car cleaned again, gas tank filled, and on our way in 1.5 hours. Our next purchase will come from Gabe at Wally Armour!

Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Service staff were very professional. Waiting area and restroom were clean. I have over 50K on my tires, they printed off 3 tire quotes for 4 tires and did not pressure me into buying them. Quotes are good for 30 days.

There, if I could remember his name it would be better for this but I can’t fully remember, the finance guy was great too, but the sales rep was the big seller to the car and I would definitely buy a car from him again, thank you! Greg! That was his name! If he isn’t making a lot then he definitely deserves a raise no matter what other people say, he sold the car perfectly

These people always take great care of our vehicles. You get exactly what you need and they don't try to up-sale my wife unnecessarily stuff. No reason for us to go elsewhere! Had them rotate the 5th tire in on her jeep and they did no problem, other places buck that request.

I found the staff at the Port Clinton location to be outstanding with Jason leading the charge. He found a truck that met my needs and had it brought up from the Tiffin facility the next day. The Tiffin facility however is a disgrace to the Baumann name. Not only were they unable to send the second key fob for the truck to Port Clinton in two weeks time, but when I drove down to pick them up my self, 4 sales people were sitting at a table and it was a great effort for any of them to get up and great me, yet alone get my key fob. In summary, the Port Clinton facility is great. Had I gone to a a Tiffin first, I would probably be driving a vehicle from Firelands.
