This is an Awesome Dealership, with amazing people. I live an hour and a half away and they worked with me over the phone for a few days until I made my final decision. We had a little miscommunication about my trade in which I honestly thought it was gonna be a deal breaker and I wouldn't get the Audi, but to my surprise they worked hard to get me approved with my negative equity. Usually when you go to purchase a new car your thinking long waits and expecting to take up half your day but by the time I got there they literally had basically everything ready to go. I took the car for a test drive, loved it of course, we came back and they had paperwork ready to go. I was in and out in under an hour. Ethan is super friendly and he is on top of his stuff. Thanks Chapman Ford for taking the time to get me in a new ride.

Over all I have had a lot of service of different trucks done here. They have been pretty quick and good about things. I ordered my 2024 dump truck here. Overall I’m satisfied but 4 stars because a couple reasons. One your service rate is very high and for the top rate I would expect the top service. I just had my F600 there to replace two tire pressures sensors. They were never ordered. So I took my truck in for nothing losing money. They did see it was due inspection and told me a couple things that needed addressed. I changed those parts myself and bought the parts from Ford saving $1000. I then scheduled it in for the tire pressures sensors, inspection, alignment, and tire rotation. It should have been a 4 hour job, I had the truck there at 8 am. They had it all day missing out on $750 of work that afternoon. They never completed the alignment. They did a tire rotation and tire pressure sensors in 8 hours. That is not top tier maintenance rate! The inspector failed my one tire for cupping which I looked up in the PA vehicle regulation. It passed elsewhere. I did change one that was worn from the steering item. Other than that no complaints on the many other services I have had done there. I was mad when I ordered my dump truck because they dropped my order so I had to reorder the next years model and surprise the price went up. Thats not on me that’s on Ford. The dealer also forgot to my order in for my custom dump body and surprise the price went up. So the truck cost an extra $7000. I got them to take a couple grand off. Over all satisfied and will use them again.

Employees at service never heard of a funnel for adding oil after oil change. Engine shroud oil drip marks all over it , also front plastic over radiator area full of oil running marks never heard of towels to place items on. All this was clean when I bought the car and only have oil changed there.

We decieded to give Tasca another chance. We have taken my Escape in for service twice before and it was an all day process. Inspection, tire rotation, and oil change. This time took less time . One hour twenty minutes. Last times were 8 hours and 5 hours. It was horrible! It seems some attitudes have changed for the better. Will resume taking my car there!
