Pleasant staff. Was acknowledged and waited on right away. We waited for our inspection and emissions. Took a little over an hour. Price was good. Later we received a video from the mechanic explaining the tire ware, brakes, tested the battery and topped off all the fluids. They would notify us if there were any other issues. We will definitely go back again

In particular, James Williams, the Service Manager, was at all times, professional, hospitable, and sincerely friendly to make the time waiting for the repairs to by quickly. As to the Lobby area, it is very clean and comfortable making it a great place to chat with other customers. The service prices are also very, very reasonable. As this was my first time in the Quicklane, I will now make it my regular stop for all Service Repairs.

They had George come out to help us. He solved the Bluetooth issue and spent a lot of time explaining Other features. This car was a hybrid and we had many things we were not familiar with. George was terrific!! He answered all our questions and then some !!😊 We were so impressed!!! Thank you George!!!

Our most recent service was for inspection, the Works oil change and alignment as recommended by service tech. A minor issue this visit was that they have routinely washed our truck during such a visit, but it was not done during this visit.

I just went to a 30,000 mile check up and an oil change grease on my door they didn’t change the sticker telling me when my next oil change is. How do I know that I got an oil change. They said I needed new tires so I got them they scratched all my rims. I called them they said that they were already scratched I said no way I take good care of my car I park a mile away when I go shopping. I sent pictures they said that they were going to talk to the manager chuck this was Friday July 3rd today is Tuesday July 6th still haven’t heard from them! This is how they take care of there customers! The service sucks there service people are very negligent. I don’t trust them! And I don’t want to take my car there anymore. My car looks old because of the negligent of service!
