Good selection and good people working there. Didn’t have to go back and forth, just went to their best price and it was fair.
We had a very good experience at New Motors. - Josephcancilla
We had a very good experience at New Motors. We were very indecisive with which vehicle we wanted and Brendan was patient and enthusiastic the whole time. He was very prompt with answering our questions and we came back several times before purchasing. No pressure buying experience. Would definitely recommend New Motors and if you go ask for Brendan!

I'm absolutely disgusted by this dealership. - Tiffany
I'm absolutely disgusted by this dealership. I've leased and purchased a total of 3 cars from this dealership over the years while it was Wyoming Valley Motors. Never had an issue until now with Bergey’s. In March I took my car for the following services: PA State Inspection, oil change and to check an exhaust noise I’d been hearing for months (which should be covered under warranty). I dropped my vehicle off before heading out of town for a few days, letting them know to contact me anytime if anything was needed and once they figured out what was wrong with the exhaust. I received a call the following day from Gary Stavish letting me know that they did the inspection and that one set of brake pads failed inspection, and the other set would need to be replaced very soon. I told him they could replace both sets of brake pads. I asked about the exhaust issue, to which he had no answer and said he would check into it and get back to me. He called me back saying they couldn’t find anything wrong with the exhaust. I figured I could deal with that issue when I picked up the car, because there most certainly was an issue with the exhaust. Upon picking the car up, imagine my surprise when I was handed a bill for $1,209. WHAT? In addition to the oil change and inspection, I was also charged for a tire rotation (not authorized), a brake fluid flush (not authorized AND not necessary), and full sets of brakes AND rotors (not authorized – he told me the pads needed to be replaced and I authorized those). FURIOUS! I told him I had not given the OK to do the rotors as well, and he told me that they always do them together, they can’t do them separate, to which I responded that he should probably make his customers aware of this ahead of time. I WAS NOT GIVEN A QUOTE AT ALL during the telephone calls with Gary. The following day I spoke with the Service Manager, Bill. I was informed he would see what he could do and call me back. I spoke with him the next day and he asked if I would be agreeable to getting a refund on the brake fluid flush, tire rotation and the cost of one set of rotors, to which I agreed. He said it would be processed and sent to me. May 21 – Followed up with Bill via email because still no refund. Was told he would check on it. No response after that. June 2 – Followed up with Bill AGAIN via email because still no refund. Was told on June 7 he checked with accounting an “he feels they sent the check out a while ago”, but they’d place a stop payment on it and will re-issue. It’s now AUGUST 2. No email communication. No refund check. If you are looking for clear communication, a dealership that keeps their word, and one you can trust – find another. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel about this entire situation.
Bought my 2nd car from Mike Graziano. - Wil S

Our salesman, Tom McCracken, was phenomenal! - h_btreece
Our salesman, Tom McCracken, was phenomenal! He was friendly and personable but not pushy. We took some time to go home and contemplate our purchase even checking with some other dealerships. Ultimately we called Tom back to order our new RAV4. Our son said, “Are we buying it from the guy who caught that huge bass?” Yes, that’s right, he even took time to make a connection with our 9 year old son, a love of fishing, LOL! Would definitely purchase from Tom again!
From the minute I walked onto the lot to look at cars - vam
From the minute I walked onto the lot to look at cars (had no intention of buying that day), the sales person, Bill Pomeroy, until 2 days later when I signed all papers with Tara Ryan, I received excellent service. Everyone was friendly and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. I have been looking on and off for a couple of years and never felt that anyone actually cared about selling a car that I was happy with. I love my car and feel I bought the perfect car for me. Thanks everyone!!!

I recently had a problem with the the service schedulers - Dgehris1742
I recently had a problem with the the service schedulers at Ciocca Volkswagen. I had a warning light appear on my dash of my 2019 Volkswagen Beetle which turned out to be some type of engine malfunction warning. I was advised not to drive the car until it was serviced. The schedulers gave me an appointment for two weeks in the future. I said that couldn’t I have an appointment sooner as I would have no transportation for that period of time. They basically said no. I suggested that they talk with the Service Department. After about 10 minutes they finally did contact the Service Manager and were able to get an appointment for me in two business days. This definitely is not an indication that as their advertising suggests that customers are their priority.
I'm extremely satisfied with the entire car buying - ErikS
I'm extremely satisfied with the entire car buying process, from my first online contact to delivery day. Austin was a great salesperson to work with - an all around nice guy and a true VW enthusiast. I was coming in from out of town and leaving straight to a 1,500 mile road trip in my new Taos SEL, so I appreciated the efficient buying process. Finance and paperwork with Misty was a simple one as well. I've purchased quite a few cars over the years and this was one of my top experiences. Thank you again and I'm loving the new Taos!
Today we purchased a 2022 volkswagon jetta se. - jamclemm1
Today we purchased a 2022 volkswagon jetta se. I have went through the buying process 4 times in the last 15 years and this time was the first time I left feeling satisfied. I want to thank Gary Berlin and his management staff for a deal I am still shocked we got. I expected to be walking out due to overpriced sales with the whole car shortage but was totally mistaken. Thanks again and we will see yous when we are ready for the next car.

Bought a Pre-Owned Chevy Equinox diesel from Brandon. - AHMAC12
Bought a Pre-Owned Chevy Equinox diesel from Brandon. Scheduled to pick up car on Saturday at 1pm and upon arriving had to wait 40 minutes. If we have an appointment things should be ready at the agreed time. That being said things went smoothly although their financing rates weren't that competitive. After leaving the dealership and driving for 15 minutes the check engine light came on. We called our sales rep, Brandon, and stated we were bringing car back to have them run a diagnostic to determine what the issue was. (Could be something simple) he spoke with his manage and called me back and said NO don't bring it here our diagnostic tool won't work. Go to Chevy dealership. HE did state that they would help cover cost. I asked him to send that in writing via email which I did receive after two requests. Since that point I have received no follow up calls from this organization, Brandon, no one! The Chevy dealer upon looking at the car noticed the wiper blades were broken, oil had not been changed, nothing had really been done to this car prior to being sold. Additionally after running the diagnostics it turns out the car needed a Catalytic Converter. Quite an expensive fix! The good news: turns out the car has a CPO warranty and everything was covered at no expense to me. VW Reading should have had me bring car back in and taken care of the issue without inconveniencing me. This is a Sub-Par dealership with NO Customer Service who clearly doesn't prepare their preowned vehicles properly
Very poor management. Purchased a vw vehicle here.... - Steampunk29
Very poor management. Purchased a vw vehicle here. Vehicle developed multiple issues within days. Sales and management are a joke. Service department had issues resolving issue but did they’re job well. No complaints with the service dept. Unfortunately I will never buy a vehicle at this location again as I have done multiple times in the past due to incompetent management and careless higher up management/owner.
They gave me a decent price on my car originally, but... - FireballJDB
They gave me a decent price on my car originally, but they try to scam you. They say it comes with a warranty so everything is covered until a certain mileage, then you come in to have something looked at and they try to charge you 100 dollars JUST TO LOOK AT THE PROBLEM. The person next to me in the waiting room came in for his air conditioning and i heard the salesman try to milk him out of 1000 dollars in “maintenance” work. They tried to charge me 500 dollars to have the fuel injectors cleaned, spark plugs replaced, etc. After only owning the car for 8000 MILES. If you don’t know anything about cars or are easily fooled do not come here, they are hungry for your wallet.
My old VW dealer (Day, in Monroeville) closed, so I tried... - Paul Heckbert
My old VW dealer (Day, in Monroeville) closed, so I tried Cochran South Hills. I went to cochranvw.com and did an online chat with "Chat Professional" Alysse. I asked her if the parts department had G12 A8FA4 coolant in stock, that I could buy for my Passat wagon. She said "Our manager will get back to you as soon as possible". I gave her a phone number and email address. Two days went by and I received no call or email, so I chatted with them again, got Alysse again, mentioning the lack of response, asked if it was possible for them to contact me within the next hour. She again said "as soon as possible". After waiting a couple hours with no message from Cochran, I contacted another dealer, Sendell. Sendell had it in stock, so I bought it there. Cochran South Hills just lost a potential new customer.

My family has purchased 3 fords in the last 4 months from Gilboy. The reason is, they take care of us. From sales (Rick Specer) to service, I have no complaints. I never give reviews. Ever, but felt that I neede to do this. I am in the sales and service business for over 25 years so I know good customer service when I see it. Thank you guys for all your help. We will keep coming back for our vehicle needs.

STAY AWAY from this place unless you want to get lied to - Burns04dm
STAY AWAY from this place unless you want to get lied to and jerked around. A salesman name ***BRUCE*** pulled a really dirty move and sold the car that I was the first person to show interest in while showing no remorse or apology to me whatsoever and acted like nothing ever happened. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.
Honest service - Abdul
My convertible top was stuck and I had problem retracting it, turns out that it was not maintained well and was working fine. I entered anticipating a huge bill, but the technician, I forgot the gentlemen's name, was honest and told me everything worked fine and gave me tips to maintain it so I won't have future problems. I truly appreciate the honesty! God bless.

This dealership is the epitamony of garbage. Their service department is lacking in quite a few areas. Instead of explaining what the part that needs to be replaced is and what it does the answer is "it reads things and is bad" When asked about tires failing inspection the advisor could not even explain tread depth. No tdi techs and most of the other techs literally have no idea what they are doing. Beware, do not shop or service at this place. I have no idea how they still have a Volkswagen franchise.
