Drove on the lot after checking several other VW dealerships. In talking with the salesperson(s) at these other dealerships and never getting a good feeling from them or then never taking the time to understand what I was looking for, we decided to try Fairfield VW. Tanya Kennedy, from our first meeting, was always asking and seeking ways she could understand my needs and wants in a vehicle. After a test drive, discussion on vehicle price, discounts (dealer and manufacturer), trade-in value and financing a very fair price was agreed upon. Tanya took care of all the paperwork and Eric Hamiliton took care of the financing details, Both exceeded our expectations. We were in and out in about 2 hours total.

Despite having three VW dealerships within 15 miles of my home, I drove 75 miles to work with Faulkner . From the minute I inquired about a vehicle on their website I was greeted by Morgan who is more than accommodating . They came in very strong with the initial price of the vehicle and we had very little negotiating to get to my number . I was transition to Alex in the sales department, he listen to me and accommodated me . The finance department was able to get me a slightly better interest rate than I had received to my bank. I Purchased the 2019 VW Tiguan from this dealership and I’m overall very pleased. Faulkner to be sure!

This is our 6th Subaru...….ALL from Colonial's Feasterville location. Over the years we've developed a trust in Subaru, Colonial and their sales and service staffs. We were fortunate enough to have Dave (DJ) Johnson as our sales person. This is not the first time Dave has guided us through the entire sales process to a purchase of what we wanted, not what he was trying to sell. Dave doesn't try to sell anything: he explains, demonstrates and offers suggestions. NO PRESSURE!! EVER. We have also been fortunate in that each and every one of the Subaru service reps, Dennis McGettigan being the most recent, have had the same low-key demeanor and presentation as on the showroom floor. Dennis explains the problem, if any, and suggests a couple remedies. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Justin Gliem, not your typical F&I (finance & insurance) rep. He continues with what is most definitely the Colonial mantra: explain, discuss, let the customer decide. NO PRESSURE. THIS IS THE ONLY place to purchase a Subaru.
Very Bad Experience - Spotlogon1!
Walked-in to look at a vehicle I had been researching. I didn’t want to jump into anything just yet but felt pressured to make decision that same day in order to get the deal. Turned out the pressure stemmed from trying to get the Sales person a Sale for the end of the month. Red Flag #1... these people are out for themselves not the customer... The dealership didn’t have the exact car I wanted and I was promised they would locate the exact car. I put down a same-day deposit to lock in the deal and was guaranteed a follow-up update on locating the car I wanted within the next 2 days. No call was ever made.. I was simply just curious about what was happening. By the end of day 2, I called and left a voicemail, which was never returned.. 2 days later, called again just to get an update, no return.. by call #3 I was being transferred AGAIN to a voicemail.. at this point, I was over it. These are the hardest people to get ahold of and I no longer wanted to do business with them. Very unorganized group of people and I suggest go elsewhere.. I ended up finding a better deal at another location and couldn’t be happier I didn’t buy a car at Day Apollo. The new dealership had amazing customer service and had zero pressure.. they located my exact car I wanted and kept me in the loop the entire buying experience. I never write bad reviews and found the need to in order to help the next customer to move on from this dealership!

Went in to get a new fuse. With a look of dismay, I was told I would need a special test run first! This is the second time this has happened. Fuse replaced quickly with another dealer. Second time I have been faced with a need for special test before repair. Such a shame as purchasing the car was such a pleasure. Will never return for service!

Went there to buy a 2006 Chevy Aveo with 75k miles. First test drive immediately smelt oil burning and was told it was from them tightening a seal and changing the oil and spilling it. Then it went into the shop to be fixed. Came back two hours later and test drove it again. Made a right on to MacArthur rd and gave it a little gas. Literally every single light popped on. Check engine, transmission, u name it and it was on. Tried taking it back to dealership and it almost broke down twice in less then a mile. After I get back and tell them we are not interested in the car we leave. An hour later Rick the sales guy calls and said oh we replaced the spark plugs and wires and car is fine, do u want to come in and buy it? I said no. Then I wrote a review on facebook and they called my review ridiculous and at the end of their comment said how dare you call us shady. Well guess what gilboys ford your SHADY and I will let the world know it.

Absolutely Amazing Experience - Bug3
Came in to look at a Beetle Convertible to replace our summer car and ended up buying it plus a Tiguan R-Line Black. Our sales person was Trevor and he was absolutely wonderful. Even asked him if he wanted to put off the second vehicle cause we knew he was so busy. He would have none of it. He bent over backwards to accommodate us. Having had other dealings in the past with another VW dealer, which we will never go back to. York VW has earned a loyal customer.

Car salesman are known for being the worst, we all know this. This dealership is the scum of dealerships. They led me on for 2 weeks about a price on a car only to go in and find that’s false. I spent hours in that dealership and they gave me a higher price than I had originally gotten. They wasted my time. They don’t know how to run a business. If you want a Volkswagen, don’t go here. You’ll wind up overpaying and being completely mistreated. I felt COMPLETELY disrespected as a woman. Such a sexist environment. Never again will I step foot in that dealership.

On my third VW, Never purchased one here but live close so I thought I would give their service department a try. Not enough room to write about the disappointment I had. I learned my lesson and will steer clear of this VW dealer. Day Apollo and Cochran have had and will continue to have my business but Three Rivers VW Service will not see me again. Derek was the services person that provided less than professional service. I would strongly recommend finding a different VW dealer and service department, especially if it is Derek.
