This is my first GM vehicle, and I love best decision I made to purchase a GMC Canyon. Sara was the best even when I picked up my Canyon it was ready to go algo with all the paper prepared for a fast in and out of the dealership.

I was lucky enough to have Rafael as my sales consultant, Jason as my sales manager and Mohammed as my finance rep. The process was smooth and easy. I had been searching across Texas for weeks, looking for a specific Yukon in a certain trim that was clearly in high demand—only ten or so were available statewide. Most dealers I contacted were either marking up the price well over MSRP and/or adding thousands in unnecessary extras. Then I came across the exact model and trim I wanted on GMC’s website, which showed it was in transit to Cavender GMC West. From there, the experience couldn’t have been smoother. I quickly found the vehicle on Cavender’s website and submitted an online price request. I got an instant response—and to my surprise (and Cavender's credit), they were offering the vehicle below MSRP with no dealer add-ons. A few minutes later, I received a call from Brandon Guzman. He confirmed the price without hesitation. No games, no changes—just total transparency. I asked if I could put down a deposit to hold the vehicle, and Brandon made it happen that evening. Over the next ten days, while I waited for it to arrive, Brandon stayed in touch. As soon as it landed, he called to let me know it would be ready the next day. I drove down from Austin to San Antonio, and when I arrived, the vehicle was freshly detailed, fully gassed up, and waiting for me to take it home. The paperwork took less than 40 minutes. No upselling. No pressure. Just a smooth, easy transaction. Brandon took the time to walk me through all the vehicle’s features and answered every question I had. I was back on the road within an hour and twenty minutes. He even texted me the next day just to check in, make sure everything went well on the drive back, and confirm that I had everything set up the way I wanted. When I went into the showroom I honestly did not know what I wanted but Jesse Garcia Arellano immediately came up to me and asked if I needed assistance. He had no idea how picky I was when he asked that question. I told him all the things I didn’t want. The only things I definitely wanted were a medium size SUV with a large cargo area and leather seats. I currently owned a GMC Terrain and I was happy that. Jesse was so patient with me and my demands(pickiness). He drove me around the lot several times and searched his computer for the perfect vehicle for me. Finally after several hours Jesse found my perfect vehicle! It is a 2025 Buick Envision in Smokey Amethyst with light leather seats. I’m loving my purchase and I am eternally grateful to Jesse and his patience. He helped me setup and understand the space age dashboard and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left for my travel home, which by the way is 40 miles from Chuck Nash. This is the fifth vehicle I’ve purchased from them because of their excellent customer service. if anyone is considering purchasing a vehicle, go see Jesse at Chuck Nash!

Our experience with Ed Morse Freedom Buick was by far the best experience we have ever had. I've purchased a lot of vehicles over my 50 years, but I've never had such an easy and pleasant experience. Our salespeople were super friendly, the negotiation process was quick and easy, the finance department was very transparent and the entire process from start to finish did not take that long. We bought a car at a different dealership just 3 days prior and it took several hours and was an exhausting experience. Quite the opposite at Ed Morse Freedom Buick so much so that we wish we would have shopped for both of our recently purchased vehicles there. We are definitely customers for life now.
