Sam was friendly, a good listener, and made sure we were the most important client in the showroom. We had a similar experience with Finance Manager Ruben Rodriguez, another pro who made the purchase of the vehicle seamless. If you purchase a new or used car at Ancira Kia, I strongly recommend reaching Sam and Ruben. The best duo in the business.

Due to life changes, I've had to move back to my home town. Due to less than helpful experiences with closer Kia Service dealerships, I always decide to return to Kia Frisco for maintenance and car issues. The trip is just under an hour but I continue to feel it's worth it. The service associates and mechanics are experienced, trustworthy and I feel like they care about me and my vehicle.

Fidel Martínez is a fine salesman. He's patient, emlathetic—and persistent! My only complaint about Kia of Round Rock is that they declined to transfer the specialty plates from our old car to the new one. The result will be a lot of unnecessary paperwork and a long delay while we wait for the DMV to send new plates to the dealer, which I will then have to take to the DMV (or maybe it's the county tax assessor-collector) to swap them for the specialty plates.
