Roger Williams service center was EXCELLENT service getting our truck back up and running. The part was on back order for about 4 weeks so it was a bit of a wait and inconvenience to find transportation while waiting due to they had all our their loaner cars being used. Everyone there was super nice.

The sales experience was super easy. My sales person, Johnny Martinez was waiting for me at the door when I showed up. He was able to help me pick out a vehicle that aligned with what I was looking for, as a bigger dude sometimes it’s kinda hard finding a vehicle that works, but Johnny was fantastic. I love my car. Johnny was able to accommodate me as I had to take some meetings while we were working and even with that the whole process ran smoothly. I forgot who my finance guy was but he was pretty awesome as well. Dude has an orange cat picture in his office. The whole experience was solid from top to bottom, even after the sale I felt like I still had support and a point of contact I could reach out to if I needed anything.
