I came in here with literally no hope ! I previously had been working with autonation ford further down on SPID and the first guy want helpful at all he didn’t even let me know how much my trade in value was on my vehicle the second time there was so much confusion I left there with no clarity and even more confused than I was the first time. I saw there was an autonation literally down the street from my house so I went in I’ve worked with autonation USA before in spring tx when I lived in Houston so I was praying for another miracle I walked in the two people in front greeted me asked what they can help me with I told them everything wrong with my current vehicle what I’m looking for and all that Roberto was the guy to help me out he showed me some vehicles we chose top two to test drive them he was very relatable and very easy to talk to after the test drive he gathered mine and my husband information processed our application and literally within the next couple hours I got approved for the vehicle I was really wanting out of the two and I literally left here with a working vehicle to get my kids to school myself to school and be able to travel to Houston back and forth than you so much ROBERTO !!!

I am from out of state and was expecting the worstt experience a buyer could have because the price was unbelievable low for a new truck. Boy I was impressed!! It was the best and easiest process I have ever experienced buying a new truck. It was worth me flying in, taking an Uber and driving the truck back to Tennessee. Cesar Rojas was my salesman and he walked me through the process very easily and smoothly even through the finance process he made sure that all my questions were answered in a very timely manner, and always replied to me ASAP even on his off days. He does go the extra mile for customer service. I just refered my son from Tennessee to him and he gave my son the same great customer service as me. All the paperwork was finished beforehand. Finance was done through email and certified mail. The buying process only took a few weeks to complete and my son was able to get the best deal from Texas to Tennessee. My son was bragging about how beautiful of a truck it is and how easy it was to purchase and he really appreciates Cesar working with him. Caesar even sent him photos of the actual vehicle on the lot before he purchased it to verify it was the exact vehicle he was looking for. The free tinted windows is a great addition along with the nicest key chains that a dealership could give. Two vehicles purchased in less than a year says it all. We will be back. Thanks again Cesar

When I tried calling - 3xs I was put on hold 5-15 min and never answered. Also the phone number to call in the text that you guys send in the beginning is not correct.
