I scoured the internet for 2 years to locate the car that I wanted. Kian motors had the car in their inventory. I took a chance and called Layne Elrod at Kian Motors. Right from the onset he treated me as a close friend and not as a salesman. He made sure every question I had was answered to my satisfaction. He was not pushy but wanted to make sure that I got the right car for the right price. Then as I’m waiting for them to bring my car back around with the tags, the manager comes out to say hi and congratulations! Forgive me I don’t remember his name but he was very nice also! To top it all off, a lot of the guys and girls there have shoe game! Real Sneaker heads know!!! Awesome team! Thanks guys!!

They were able to get what we wanted, for what we could afford, and never once made us feel pressure, or uneasy. We felt like we were hanging out with friends! Fidel Martínez is a fine salesman. He's patient, emlathetic—and persistent! My only complaint about Kia of Round Rock is that they declined to transfer the specialty plates from our old car to the new one. The result will be a lot of unnecessary paperwork and a long delay while we wait for the DMV to send new plates to the dealer, which I will then have to take to the DMV (or maybe it's the county tax assessor-collector) to swap them for the specialty plates.

Eamon was my first point of contact after viewing inventory on line. He's the sales manager, I think, who set me up with Duane. Both Eamon and Duane are cheerful and relaxed, completely knowledgeable about these cars and their inventory, as it seems the entire sales team are. Kevin also helped out with some of the technical things I was less familiar with in the vehicle, and he was very patient, pleasant, and informative. They were all very patient with me while looking at and driving 6 or more cars, showing me many options, and eventually getting me into a great car with great discounts. Duane even drove to meet my husband and guide him back to the dealership because construction makes finding the dealership a little tough. Though there was a few snags eith what was featured in 2025 versus 2026 models, they got me into a great 2026 Hyundai Tuscon SEL convenience package that I really love. Financing was seamless with the great and powerful Vadoll, the finance wizard. He's one of the sweetest giants you'll ever meet. Overall, I think this team at this location is an incredible team. They went out of their way, literally, to get my husband there and in agreement on a good deal for a great car. Would recommend these guys to anyone!
