I brought my Ford Transit 350 XLT for repairs and was greated with a smiling customer service representative and that was just the beginning of my positive experience. She even helped watch my dog so I could discuss the issues with the manager without distraction. The manager worked with my schedule and helped me to find a time for service that met my personal needs while checking all the warranty information to make sure any repairs that qualified would be honored. I was so impressed with their concern for my well being and experience I just had to write the most positive review I could. So choose Richmond Ford for all your service needs. Their mechanics, manager, and customer service reps are top notch! Excellent service from people who clearly work as a customer centric team. First time at this dealership and we are Dropping our 2018 Ford F-150 Platinum and 2012 Ford Mustang off for warranty/ recall work.
Michael and Amir in service worked as a team and took care of us right away even though they were very busy. Michael stepped up to take us even though the account was assigned to someone else. Amir texted us to ensure all questions were answered so we could fix everything we came in for.
While waiting we looked at 2020 GT Mustang convertibles with Yannick Ernsting who was extremely knowledgeable about each facet of the vehicles. We will be back Saturday to design and possibly purchase one, but will definitely continue to come to this specific location!

I didn’t wait no longer than an hour and when they brought my vehicle out, Amber sanitized and wiped interior for germs. I’ve (somewhat unfortunately) had to visit BMW of Fairfax Collision Center several times over the past 18 months to have various body damage repaired. Every time the experience has been beyond phenomenal. While the quality and timeliness of the repairs is excellent, what really stands out is the customer service. Whether it’s been to push my insurance company to authorize having the car repaired the right way (rather than the cheapest way) or helping me deal with the results of my own inability to drive without bumping into stuff, the staff has always been professional, friendly, and very helpful. I normally wouldn’t look forward to visiting a body shop, but I always enjoy visiting the BMW of Fairfax Collision Center...BMW of Fairfax’s regular service center could definitely learn from them. Ian and Henry have both helped me, with both being excellent!!

I recently took my 2006 F150 to Harrisonburg Ford to repair a leak in my power steering system. I worked with Paulo Alvez, one of the service writers. He was very helpful figuring out if this repair was going to be covered by an extended warranty, that I got when I bought the truck used. It was covered!
We made an appointment and I dropped my truck off. They promptly started the repairs and found that they needed to order additional parts. This added another day to the repairs, but that wasn't their fault. My truck is now fixed and I only had to pay the low deductible. Very good experience!

Excellent customer service!! The team at Sheehy Ford in Richmond went above and beyond. I had dropped off my wife's explore for service and didn't realize that the service dept. had closed after a certain time on Sunday. We needed the Explore for our trip to the beach and the service team was able to have someone come back to the shop and unlock the gate for us to get our vehicle. Great work and thanks again!

I bought a F150 at Sheehy and purchased a VIP program. Since then, I've always come to Sheehy Ford Springfield for oil change with appointment made ahead. Everytime, just oil change has taken 2.5 hours since the time I hand the key and get it back. Today's experience was the worst as it took me 3.5 hours to have oil change and tires rotated. And again, this is with appointment made in advance and not to mention frontdesk staff is far from friendly. Expect cold faces when you come in!
I must admit Sheehy Ford Springfield service is the worst experience I've had in my 35 years of driving. NEVER BUY VIP PROGRAM AT SHEEHY!!! NEVER!!!
