In addition, she has extraordinary communication skills. Eric, the sales Manager went out of his way to solve a small problem for me. I was fortunate to meet Sean, the managing partner. He went above and beyond to talk about the culture he is maintaining at the dealership. He is a real believer in the old motto that the customer is king. Although the dealership is a bit of a drive from our home, my wife and are committed to take care our service at South Coast Lexus. We made a lot of friends there in no time.
