As soon as I arrived l looked at a Toyota tundra and fell in love with it very nice truck my sales man was patient with my financial needs and worked out numbers with his manager and gave me a good trade in value for my old truck which was a 2018 Ford f150 thank you so much joe Carroll for making this happen for me. Also I was impressed with the hi tech of signing all the paperwork which was the fastest process I ever been through purchasing a vehicle great job and thank you to Edward Mayzler.

I was warmly welcomed and provided with very professional and caring support and service related to my desire to purchase a Prius upon purchase of the car. Gil was enormously helpful and very, very patient in helping me understand the set up of the electronics. Each and every person I met at the dealership or worked with including Danny, the sales manager and Jesus and especially Gil made this experience overwhelmingly positive. Javier Peters was wonderful, and I highly recommend working with him. The deal would not have happened without Javier. The only negative is that the gentleman who valued my trade-in had not looked at the additional pictures I included and the deal nearly ended. If you use their on-line trade-in valuation, I recommend calling them to make sure they viewed all the pictures of your car if you submitted additional pictures.

Too many service issues to recommend them. Caitlin is a friendly service advisor, but that's about the extent of it. I brought one vehicle here to fix a one inch lean on the vehicle, which they couldn't fix so they 'reset it', and it started again two days later. Brought another vehicle here that smoked on every start up and had a few other issues that were repeatable every single time, got the "unable to replicate it" line when they finally looked at it *more than 48 hours after my scheduled appointment time*, and as I paid my diagnostic fee and started my truck up to leave, wouldn't you know- it did all the things right in their parking lot. They either can't/don't want to fix my vehicles, so I will find another place to service my cars.

I had an issue with a 2022 4Runner with 31K Miles that I just purchased ( Still under Warranty) Brought it to Dowling and had it looked at. My previous vehicle was a 2007 Rav4 AWD. The Rav4 is Automatic AWD, or you can press a button to engage it from a stop, the 4Runner is quite different with a sequence that you must go through (some what confusing) to engage 4Lo/4Hi/2Hi/DAC/ATRAC. To make a long story short I was trying out the different systems and I got stuck in 4Lo and I could not get it out? Drove it in Reverse, than Forward (In 2Hi) but it would not disengage? So I called Dowling's Service Department while in the car for help and I get this guy Pat to ask for some guidance, and what do I get? A really nasty person talking down to me, telling me that I'm looking for trouble and that he was not going to help me!!! All I have to say is, this guy needs a Vacation! Completely disrespectful, Arrogant, full of himself (He said I have 37 Years of experience) BIG DEAL DUMMY! When you talk down to people, and not offer help you should be FIRED! Last time I'll go to this dealership! YOU SUCK! This is directed at Pat! Matt, and Chris where very good!
