Roxy and Felicia are the reason why people like me can have some confidence with dealing with dealerships. Roxy in service is always amazing and recently last week I had an issue trying to get finance on the phone or call me back. Then I remember the last time I had service customer relations manager Felicia was walking around making sure everyone was good offering coffee and water to us in the lounge and mentioned if we need anything to ask for her she was so pleasant smiling. So I called the number on the card she gave me and guess what she didn't answer I was disappointed but left a voicemail . To My surprise about 2 hours later she sent me a text from what I assume was her personal cell phone apologizing, she was off it was Wednesday but she still called me and assured me she would take care of it the next day. I got a notification at 9:30 am the next day with what I needed in my email Thank you Felicia!! I will be sure to spread the word everywhere you n how you took care of me!

I can only say if you don't have time to play games you should stop here and see Damian Hall, he was our sales person and was wonderful. I typically don't like to be sold, I do my research and knew what I wanted to see and what I wanted to pay. The management team here also listens tot eh customers. I was in and out within 2 and a half hours completed and driving home in my new ID4.

They come across as lacking the most basic prople skills required when providing dealership support to its customers. Good morning...How can be of service?...is there anything else you need? Can I explain and give you a breakdown of the work done and the charges... Here is a copy of the free multipoint inpection we conducted.. These ARE some of the recommendations and better personnel training the service dept. needs to implement and improve. Thank you very much.
