Over the sixty years since, I've had ample opportunity to go through the experience of purchasing an automobile. Now that I have completed what well might be my last purchase of an auto, I feel as if my persistence has been rewarded. Without hyperbole I can say the sales experience that Blake gave us was genuine, sincere, straightforward and truthful, no shenanigans. He went beyond what was necessary and made us know that our interests were his priority; lots of suggestions, didn't miss a base. I think I made a new friend. Marquardt has a noticeably good vibe. The other staff I engaged with were laid-back friendly, answered every question with probity, while going through the necessary paperwork of the purchase. Marquardt of Barrington is special. After having had a disappointing experience at a different car dealer, we headed to Napleton with low expectations. Our salesman Justin greeted us and showed us to a car we requested to see. He could not have been more helpful and personable. It ended up being a rather enjoyable experience. He was knowledgeable and very kind. He put no pressure on us whatsoever and answered all of our questions with ease. We transitioned to the financial office to meet with Alex. Although it's always painful to spend large amounts of money, the transaction went smoothly. It was evident Alex was knowledgeable and fair. Both gentlemen also stayed an hour past closing time to help us get the deal done. It was a positive experience and I would definitely recommend buying a car from Justin. Next time I am in the market, I will definitely go back to him.
