My crosstrek needed some warranty work & I live an hour away from the dealership & can’t drive right now due to some health problems. DeAnna was a very nice young lady. Came out to see us on the lot shortly after we'd got there. Got in the back seat of the car we test drove even though we gave her our license and insurance info. We paid cash (check) so the transaction went rather smoothly. Another customer came in during our final paperwork while DeAnna was in the back room making copies and no one greeted him, said nothing to him, even others that worked there walked right by him and didn't say a word to him. We thought that was unprofessional. DeAnna finally saw him standing there then just left without finishing our paperwork!! Maybe everyone there should concentrate on being more customer friendly. Other than that our transaction with DeAnna and others in the office went rather swiftly.

I went in just to look at a few used trucks not really looking to purchase at that time, just to get a feel of what was out there. Two weeks later I purchased my 2019 RAM 1500 and absolutely love it.
