Everyone there was nice and respectful. I was there to get vehicle repairs and was treated extremely well, from Starbucks coffee to snacks and a lounge to watch TV. Elijah kept me informed every step of the way. I had to rent a vehicle and Jessica was the nicest lady, she made the process easy.

Daryl was very knowledgeable and kind when he took my call after service hours to troubleshoot the reason why my Rogue would not start. His assessment was accurate and he went above and beyond to get me the information I needed to purchase the correct battery for the make/model of my vehicle. He even followed up with a call to make sure that everything went well with my battery purchase and install. He is the epitome of someone who loves his job and cares for his customers. Kudos to Newton Nissan for selecting employees like Daryl to represent the dealership!

Nissan had a service bulletin on that part, so I was able to get it fixed for a fraction of what the cost would have been otherwise. Also would like to note, they had my car fixed the same day. Highly recommend.
