This is my 3rd card getting from them all my families got cars from them we never have any problem. But until now my husband crv was stolen. When we called the insurance company said the we do not have full cover. Crv 2025 we no full cover and the dealer gave us with out a full cover ( lease) was in shock why because they was the one who did that for my husband. Only that one did not have full cover the one has. My complain is why the Honda does not want to help us. How they gave us a new car without full cover (lease car) now we are responsible they are so friendly when you in the dealer trying to sale a car but when you have problems nobody know anything.

I was hoping that my experience would be good because it's in Morris County but I was disappointed. I believe my salesman was Chad. Instead of showing me the car that I seen online less than twenty minutes of me coming to the dealership, the car magically disappeared per Chad. I went home and went online to see it still there and available. My salesman kept trying to force me to take a car that he suggested rather than showing me cars within my budget. He told me that I would be paying more money a month for a car however the car that he wanted me to settle for was for the same amount of money. I walked away and felt like I did not get that from this dealership. I left extremely disappointed.

Worst experience at Openroad Honda in Edison. Purchased CRV in March 2025 and 6 months later a piece broke off from the trunk, I waited 3 hours to be told that I had to come back the next day to replace the part. 2 weeks later the same part broke indicating that the part was not the issue. I went in for a scheduled appointment just to be told that my advisor was not there, nor was the technician, so I was told that they not help me and to call my advisor to schedule another appointment after I took off a day from work for this appointment. Going through this with a 6 month old vehicle, so I say poor customer service and poor manufacturing. Don’t buy Honda and don’t go to Open Rad Honda.
