I don't know who in this day and age manages to buy a car in <1 hr total transaction time, but Crestmont Toyota made the process painless. I came in, talked to Sergio, he gave me the honest truth - car just cleared shipping and was going to come in a few days. They were honoring the incentives as posted on their and Toyota's website. After some minimal haggling, we arrived at a great price in ~15 min. When I went in to pick up the car a week later everything was ready for me and I spent 10 min signing paperwork and I was done! Thank you Crestmont for being straightforward and working with me on my bz4x purchase.

On my last service visit before turning in my 2019 Toyota Camry XLE for a new Vehicle at the Same Dealership, I was very pleased to receive a modified Toyota Care servicing. Mohammed "Moe" is my Service Advisor in the Service Department after my previous Advisor moved on. As always, the vehicle was checked in for the appointment previously made. I was then brought to Mohammed to write up my service order on the car for it's 6 month Toyota Care which I kept up personally after the Complimentary one which was part of the vehicle care. Keeping it up assures the vehicle running well as it is monitored. Mohammed and I agreed what work should be included since the vehicle was going to be turned over to the dealership for purchase at the time of arranging the future new lease. I waited in the very comfortable waiting area with TV, comfortable furniture and also Comp Beverage Station. I was kept up to date on the progress of the repairs by another staff member. He was also informing the other customers of their vehicles. In about an hour or so Mohammed directed me to the Cashier. After paying, I was informed when the next service was suggested. I was directed to the parking lot which was informed I was heading to have my car ready. The car was brought to me at the gate. Another pleasant service visit to the Service Department at Toyota of Bay Ridge. I will continuing using the Service Department with the leasing of the new vehicle,

I was hesitant to pay it at the time but assumed the mechanic's recommendations were necessary. the guy "advising" me barely spoke to me and just texted me even though i was in the same room the whole time. go home to find out they just ripped me off. I'm definitely the stupid one for trusting these people. don't recommend anyone else ever use this place's service department, just go to a local mechanic.

The branch charged me an exorbitant amount of money for a diagnosis. I brought in my Prius for a diagnosis. The service person wasn’t upfront and clear about the pricing and how long it will take. My car was having some apparent engine issues so I took it to my regular mechanic. After running checking it free of charge, he gave me paperwork saying the issue may have to be looked at by the dealership and he gave me paperwork from Toyota that described my exact issue. The next day I took it to Route 22 Toyota in Hillside, NJ at 8:20 A.M. which was the time of my appointment. An associate by the name of Alexis Pacheco took my info and said the work was 4-9-9. Not four HUNDRED ninety-nine but 499 and had me sign off on a pad where I did not see the final price. I thought the price would’ve been just $49.99 because if I had understood her correctly I would not have paid $499 for a simple diagnostic of a problem nor would I have signed off on it if I had seen the final price on the screen. The service took 7 hours with the appointment and I got a call at 3 pm saying the engine was no good and it had to be replaced and I didn’t even get a chance to look at or take pictures of the damaged parts to confirm myself. I sincerely believe this was done on purpose to not fully disclose the price of the work which was just a diagnosis for the warning lights on my vehicle. I spoke to the manager and the only thing he could do was offer a $100 discount which still left me a $425 bill for keeping my car for 7 hrs, not disclosing the full amount to me in writing so i can see and service person omission of the word “hundred” from her language to make the price seem lower than what it was. I feel like this dealership completely overcharged and used tactics of miscommunication to get paid larger labor fees from customers. I went back a few days later the manager told me they charged me $250 just to hook up a diagnosis machine to the car, something that most mechanics and Autozone do for free.
