We bought an NX 350 last month and the sales reps were fantastic. Lauren was great and worked with us while we were undecided as to which model to buy. Kevin was easy to listen to regarding the technology on the car. The manager, Ed was very professional and treaty me in a like manner. He worked with me to close the sale and at no time did I feel pressure to buy. The financial representative, Mike was great and explained everything clearly to my wife and I. This was my second car purchase at this dealership and I highly recommend them. Their service department is tops!

( second time financing a car, decided I need a another car for wife, walked in the dealership on a tight budget is the setting) 3 hrs later this is my first words to describe my experience here. I’m speechless, Alex, Jorge, Jeremy are my family now. After looking on CarGurus and websites reading reviews I took a chance with Honda at Mt. Kisco. These guys are transparent, look me in the eye, gave me an amazing deal. Please save your time, those shady dealerships will have you in the ER after you see those hidden fees. Jeremy negotiated a low interest rate via Bank of America, lower payment that I can actually afford without catching a stroke trying to get that rent. Thank you, Thank you, thank you!!!!! We went to Nissan of Yorktown Heights to look at a used car. The staff was excellent. We even got to meet the new owner, Adam. We ended up not buying the car, it was just not what my daughter was looking for. I have to say it was the most pleasant visit to a car dealership we ever had, and I'm 60 years old so you go in there on guard, but we were treated so well. There were no high pressure sales tactics. We were treated with actual kindness and understanding, they actually listened to us and what we were looking for. Since we had traveled so far they actually filled our car with gas for the trip home. I wish Adam all the luck in the world in this new endeavor. I highly recommend this dealership and we will definitely keep an eye on their inventory, because we have three daughters that will be looking for cars over the next couple years.
