We had purchased vehicles twice from Whitten MANY years ago. We returned because they were offering by far the best price online for the vehicle we wanted. I have to admit I was skeptical going in. In the past I have had dealers say "Oh, that price included x and y which you are not eligible for." The very first price they gave was exactly the online advertised price with no hidden inflators added. The offered a fair trade value and the deal was done. Mariana our salesperson was patient and professional. I love having a new car but hate buying it, if you know what I mean. This was actually an enjoyable car buying experience.

This service team is great to work with, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They are upfront regarding repair costs, and time required to complete the job. I love the flexibility of having my car picked up and returned to me. Also the option of a courtesy driver if necessary. I always enjoy working with the service advisers. Zach handled my last visit, he is very knowledgeable and friendly and treats me like an old friend when I walk in the door. I moved to Winchester three years ago, but continue to have my car serviced at Front Royal Ford for the reasons sited above. I realize this is a lengthy review, but it is my impression from the many visits over the years, not just the most recent visit.

Absolutely Amazing from start to finish! On Sunday 3/8/26 I called and inquired about a Kia Telluride about 30 minutes before closing and was told I would receive a follow up call on Monday morning 3/9/26. Not only did I receive that call but Johnathan was very thorough and was able to get me approved over the phone before I even got off from work with all of the final numbers. The dealership was about an hour drive for me and upon my arrival I was greeted by Kevin who was just as Amazing as Johnathan. I was surprised and amazed that all of the paperwork was ready for me to sign. It was such an Awesome experience and everything was smooth from beginning to end even with the finance person. I could go on and on about my experience because I am just that pleased. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know.
