After visiting several dealerships recently, including experiences that felt more like walking through a dated 1980s mall filled with sales tactics and ego than a luxury buying experience, walking into Porsche Atlanta Northwest was genuinely refreshing. From the moment we arrived, everything felt elevated, thoughtful, and calm. The showroom itself is beautiful, but what truly made the experience exceptional was Travis Shapira. Travis represents exactly what luxury service should feel like: confident without arrogance, knowledgeable without pressure, polished without pretension. He was impeccably professional and impeccably dressed, immediately making us feel welcomed rather than “sold to.” We were offered water and coffee, encouraged to take our time, and guided through the process with patience, clarity, and genuine enthusiasm. What stood out most was how deeply Travis understood both the product and the experience surrounding it. He carefully explained every detail of the vehicle, answered every question thoughtfully, and never once made us feel rushed or uninformed. Instead of feeling pressured into a purchase, we felt cared for — which is an incredibly rare thing in the automotive world. As someone who has historically dreaded the car-buying process, I can honestly say this experience may have completely changed my perception of what purchasing a vehicle can be. It felt less like a dealership transaction and more like true hospitality — the kind of experience luxury brands often promise but rarely deliver. We ultimately purchased the car, and I can say without hesitation that Travis earned our trust completely. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Dyer and Dyer. The salespeople at were very professional and worked with me on what I needed and gave me a very good deal that I could not pass up. The car was fully inspected and all repairs were taken care of including new brakes which I asked to be included as a "we-owe" condition to the sale. The purchasing process was made very smooth and they walked me through the manufacturer options as well as some Volvo add-on options. I am very satisfied with the purchase and the level of care I received. The only drawback was that the tag did not arrive until the exact day that my temporary expired. Not sure if this was the tag and titles department at Dyer and Dyer dropping the ball or just typical slow bureaucracy, but I would advise that you check in on the process frequently.
