Franceeoa Soliman was sharp, direct, and actually listened. He didn’t try to upsell me on nonsense or drag things out with fake urgency. Just sold me the car I wanted, like a pro. The dealership itself runs like a well-oiled machine—clean, organized, and respectful of your time. I’ve spent longer waiting for a sandwich in Florida than I did buying this Lexus. When searching for a newer used vehicle with low miles, this dealership kept popping up on many of the trucks I was interested in on TrueCar.com. I decided to visit the Seffner location because they had plenty of options in one place. I arrived around 6 p.m. and ended up test driving three different models while deciding on the engine I wanted. My sales rep, Benny, was patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable—he answered all my questions about each vehicle. Once I made my decision, we reviewed the numbers, and I appreciated that they were upfront about all additional charges before we started. We worked together to get to a final price I was comfortable with, and by 8:15 p.m., I was driving home in my 2024 Silverado. This included nearly an hour of test driving! I was impressed by the selection on the lot, with so many different truck brands available in one place. If you’re torn between different makes or models, this is the place to go. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
