We had a great salesperson, Riley, and purchase was smooth from start to finish at Byers Volvo. We had some laughs along the way as well! Riley took the time to go over all the details of the features of the car not once but, twice to feel confident in all the new gadgets we did not have on our previous Volvo. (Unfortunately it had to be totaled due to flooding....it was to be my last car.) There is no Volvo dealership in our city any longer so we travelled to Columbus. We looked around at another Volvo dealership and test drove a few cars there as well. Byers had more selection based on our needs and specific requests. We ended up with a XC 90 vs XC60 due to the decrease in back storage capacity on newer models vs our previous model. I love what we chose. I would highly recommend this Volvo dealership and working with Riley to my family and friends.
