My experience at Preston was excellent. - Robertcraigroberti23

My experience at Preston was excellent. I felt zero pressure and truly felt like they appreciated my business. The owner took time out of his day to come talk with me as well. They jumped through hoops to make sure they meet my targeted payment amount. Brian, made the process extremely easy and was more than willing to explain things I did not understand. Even after the sale Brian made sure everything was set up with the car and familiarized me with technology. Additionally, Brian shared his personal number and let me know he was available for anything I needed in the future. I was dreading getting a new vehicle and can honestly because of my great salesman I no longer feel that way. I would recommend him to anyone who is not looking to not be pressured into buying and wants someone committed to getting the customer a good deal. My family has purchased numerous vehicles through him, and that will continue with me. I can’t express enough how exceptional my experience was.

We leased a new Equinox yesterday. - Dini

We leased a new Equinox yesterday. Tom Craig was our consultant. We are seniors and have cell phones but we don't live by them like most everybody of today. I only even have mine on when away from the house, Tom did EVERYTHING for us! He took my phone for awhile and when he came back the new car was all hooked up and connected to whatever needed connecting. And he just kept smiling and assuring us that it was no problem. He was just delightful. This is our second vehicle from Lavery. The folks are all nice, informed, and fun to work with. Now all we have to do is spend some time screen surfing and getting acclimatized to everything! It'll take a beat but we'll get there! I'm sure we took up way too much of his time with our lack of computer skills, but Tom thought nothing of it.

I wanted to have a GMC dealership do the rear brake pad - ebthomas65

I wanted to have a GMC dealership do the rear brake pad and rotors on my Denali, but the $900 cost was way too much compared to what it should be from a dealership. I tried to give a local dealership the work, but will not be so inclined to go there again.
