Which I did not get done as it would be too costly and would not add any value for a trade in. The salesperson gave me such a low value for a vehicle 2012 in great condition and low mileage for it's age. I decided to check out another dealer and get another opinion. That's where I met Tony Juncaj and he was very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helped eased my concerns about leasing a new vehicle that was affordable to for me.

Just purchased a 2025 Escape Hybrid from Village Ford. I've been a customer for close to forty years and have purchased many vehicles from them and have always used them for service. What can I say that hasn't already been said? This is THE best Ford dealership. Fantastic customer service, repairs done efficiently and correctly the first time, excellent and honest sales people and service advisors (Mark O'Bryant and Jim Burton for example). Also kudos to Ford Motor Company for taking care of their customers, including no charge for loaner vehicles and no charges for certain very expensive repairs even after warranty expiration. Highly recommended!

Requested Avis Service to update the calibration on the Telematics Control Unit (TCU) to bring it up to the current calibration as shown in the Ford Diagnostic & Repair System (FDRS) for my vehicle. Service refused to do this without running diagnostics for a particular concern first. I told Service the concern is that the TCU software is out of date and needs to be updated to the current calibration. I also agreed that I would pay the cost (estimated at $180) to do this. Service reiterated they would have to run diagnostics for a particular issue first. When asked why, Avis Service just indicated they were not authorized to do anything until they run diagnostics for a particular issue first. IMHO, sounds like creating service work to increase customer service bills -- it is not like I requested an update to a calibration level not authorized by the FRDS. Review Updated 6/18/25: Spoke to the Avis Service Manager about his response to my initial review. I acknowledged the validity of his response, but wanted him to understand my position that it is unreasonable to expect anyone to give an open-ended "blank check" to perform work. After further discussing the work needed based on information obtained from internet sources, we came to a mutual agreement about the work and cost. The work was performed as agreed. I am now completely satisfied with the Avis performance and have revised my rating accordingly.

I will never purchase another vehicle from any Feldman dealership. I took my 2018 Ford Expedition Max in to have my A/C fixed last June. They allegedly replaced the condenser and refilled the freon. However, a month or so later, my A/C is running hot again. I was told that if it runs hot again, it probably has a pin hole in it somewhere and to bring it back and they would run the dye through it to locate the leak. At the time, they tried to coerce me to pay out of pocket for this repair but the A/C was still under warranty and I ended up not paying anything. However, it ran hot a month or so later but due to me coaching, and teaching, it took some months before I could make an appointment to get my truck back in for repairs. Each time I tried to make an appointment, I was told that they were short staffed and I would have to leave my vehicle for several days just for them to look at. I asked for a loaner and was told they do not have any. I tried again this past June and was told the same thing. This was repeated when I was at the dealership today. I was also told today that the A/C is no longer under warranty and in addition to the wait with no loaner, I would have to pay out of pocked. This is unacceptable business
