Recently I was put in a position of locating and purchasing a vehicle due to my Ford F-150 being totaled. I adored my truck and had no idea which way to turn or where to go. My daughter and son-in-law found a beautiful car at CCW. The decor of the dealership is different from anything I have ever seen. Every person I met was gracious and it’s a no pressure zone. I/we were fortunate enough to work with Dane Moldrup. He was kind, flexible and empathetic of my situation. His personality made what to me was a negative situation very positive. My second auto-buying experience from INFINITI of KC was better than the first! Erika Roush and Poula Fayek assisted me. They were very professional and knowledgeable while remaining appropriately sale focused without high pressure techniques. I bought my first QX60 in 2020 from Poula who was my salesperson. When I entered the showroom this time, he immediately recognized me. Because he is now a sales managers, he assigned Erika to assist me. I was a bit disappointed the they had a small inventory of new cars and even more limited used cars. Erika and Poula explained that their inventory situation is nation-wide. They listened to me and found a car that met my needs. Although it is not exactly what I wanted (i.e. it does not have a light interior), I was determined to stay with INFINITI of KC because I've received excellent service from them with my first QX60. Brenden Shaw, my service manger, is a HUGE reason that I stayed with INFINITI of KC - AND - I really love my 2026 QX60 with it's quiet, smooth ride and upgraded technology. Due to the complexity of the instrumentation panel, the training on how to use/understand it was lacking. We’ve had our GV80 for over a month, and are still struggling on how to move around within the system so we can utilize as many options as possible. Far more time needs to be spent with the customer until they have a clear understanding of how everything works. Trying to walk someone through any program is too difficult over the phone.
