My granddaughter just her first used from Rob Sight Ford on February 13th. She was experiencing a problem with her new used vehicle so I suggested that she call the dealership and I would take it into have it checked out. Sam the service advisor got right on it spending a good amount of time checking everything. The service tech did all the pertinent checks and couldn’t find anything wrong with the vehicle. Sam suggested to my granddaughter to keep her eye on anything unusual and if it occurs again to bring it back. Happy with the service department.

Great experience buying my 2022 Ford F150 raptor from here. Carter is a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and helpful. Made sure all my questions were answered and got everything done in a timely manner. He also went out of his way to take the truck across the street and have the recalls taken care of so I didn't have to do that when I received the vehicle. They gave me good trade in values for my vehicles and helped out on the price of what they had the raptor listed at. Would definitely do business here again!

This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from them (the first was a 2017 Kia Sportage back in 2020) And this time I bought a 2019 Toyota Tacoma. They gave me a very fair trade-in value for my Kia, which made the process feel straightforward and stress-free. The staff is always great to work with, and they were quick and easy to address and fix a few small issues we noticed with the truck. A big shoutout to Anthony Reutlinger, who worked with me for about a month before I ever stepped foot back on the lot. Since I live about 45 minutes away, he made sure to make the process as easy as possible and minimize unnecessary travel. He consistently sent me options, stayed in touch, and ultimately helped his team find the right truck for exactly what I was looking for. Seems like a great guy and very friendly, comes off as though he really knows his stuff and explains it well to get you what sounds like good deals, but he leaves crucial details out and is then impossible to get ahold of and doesn't return your phone calls. Was told first payment wouldn't be for 45 days; when the 1st bill arrived, it was due in 30 and I had to use one of my 3 lifetime extensions to get the original 45 days that was agreed upon at purchase. The surprises aren't appreciated when you spent hours asking these questions and were in dire need of a vehicle. First experience was great, but feel I was taken advantage of and given wrong information on this second purchase.
