Good experience with Joshua my salesmen . Disappointed on getting home the next day to find my trunk dirty it had sand and dirt in the back of the trunk along with dog hair all over that floor mats which were thrown in the back of the trunk . I did not notice until the next morning notice upon purchasing the vehicle as it was in the night time and dark outside, there was a big piece of plastic wrapping all over the back of the trunk when I got home the next day I pulled the plastic off to find sand and dirt all over in the trunk bed. There were some floor mats not sure if they were from previous owner or someone else’s car didn’t know if it belonged to that car where they took the old floor mats out and put new ones in the vehicle I purchased anyways they had dog and cat hair all over them. I called the salesman the next day and told him he didn’t really say much just apologized. They did not offer to vacuum and clean out the trunk however, as I was purchasing the car, I noticed the driver side door was squeaking every time you would open it so I’m supposed to make an appointment with service I’ve been calling , my salesman for him to help me get in as they are going to take care of it. I might ask them to re-wash and re-clean the car out when I drove the car home. They did fill it up with gas. They did wash the outside of it so it looked fine on the interior. It was just dark outside and I went straight home. I didn’t do a thorough inspection of the trunk area And until the next day when I took all the plastic out and noticed there was sand and dirt, I literally had to go to the car wash and try to vacuum it out . Very disappointing when I just spent 34K On a 2025 Mazda 50. I suggest that you have your porters who wash and clean the car do a very thorough inspection. It makes me wonder if everything is OK and other areas as the engine oil battery and such. I am trying to get a hold of my salesman to make that appointment. Also, there was above the tire on the rim the black rim, a white scuff mark. The salesman took a picture of it. I’m hoping they will try to buff it out. I would really like the whole car re-cleaned inside and out when they go to look at the door. Other than that, I love the car so far the sales experience was fabulous. I never felt pressured. The people were polite and professional and finance guy Rambo was super nice. Very patient and thorough explaining everything to me in detail answering my questions and took the time it made me My experience easy and pleasant. I am hoping that the dealership will do the right thing and address the couple of small issues I had noticed before I drove the car off the lot the squeaky door and the white scuff Mark above the tire on the black rim. Hopefully they will be nice and re-wash and re-vacuum my car and the make sure that the trunk Appropriately clean when I pick it up. Other than that, it was a nice professional, easy experience purchasing a car with Mazda . Thank you , Michelene Vincent

They sold us a vehicle with structural damage without disclosing it to us. They had bought it from auction knowing it was damaged and for pennies on the dollar then sold it for thousands. They had a clean carfax sheet they gave us, but knew there was damage and that the vehicle would be worth nothing after, but sold it anyways. After we tried to tried to trade it in for a down payment, Ford told us the real story and showed us the real history report. When confronted they acted like everyone should just know where they get there vehicles from and what they are about. Shady practices and secretive paperwork. Buyer beware, check vins, check multiple reports, double check paperwork and check each piece that goes in folders.
