I have visited several auto dealerships looking to purchase a new vehicle. Most salesperson from other auto companies made my experience difficult & left a lot of my questions unanswered. I decided to take a 2nd look at Acura & visited the Glendale location since I had a very poor experience with the Sherman Oaks location just days prior. I called Acura Glendale & spoke w/Artur who said you had 1 RDX model left that i was interested in. As I walked into your Glendale dealership office, I was overwhelmed, and that is when Artur came with a warm smile & down to earth demeanor. He immediately begun asking us questions on our needs, our expectations, our budget & he then provided his responses. I was skeptical about leasing because of all the bad experiences my colleagues stated they encountered with a lease. Arthur explained in detail about how the lease option worked, and the options to buy or trade in, along w/the reassurance that leasing a vehicle was not a bad thing. Due to financial hardship, we decided the lease to purchase option was best for us & that was the agreement we drove off with. I am extremely grateful that I got the vehicle I truly wanted, and although the monthly payment is high it's still a great truck. Also I wanted to personally thank Artur AGAIN for his genuine support, knowledge & expertise. Artur was very very accommodating & answered every question that we had, that gave us considerable relief & confidence that we've made the best decision that day. I love my 2025 RDX, she's gorgeous!! While I was waiting I went to see the Sales Manager, Ash since my lease is up in August, I asked him to recommend a salesman for me. A gentleman by the name of Paulo came over and he was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! This was a breath of fresh air for me since my previous dealership leaves a lot to be desired. My electric Taycan was completely discharged as I got home at midnight and even the 12volt battery was dead because the car had no power i was partially on my driveway but my charging cable did not reach. Had ro leave it like that overnight. I contacted Santa Clarita service dept in the morning and told.them of my situation. The technician. I spoke with was completely helpful and rght away told me that the foreman could come out and assess the situation. Brian called me in 20 minutes that he was on his way. He jumped started the car so he could access the trunk and power the 12v battery and open the charge port. He ran a diagnosis and then pulled out an extension cable so I could charge. I am so gratefully and thankful for the excellent customer service skills of the service department. What a life saver.

Nick was outstanding.. realizing there was 9 hour difference, he was very accommodating and made the entire process easy, sending additional pics, and videos that I requested and everything else that goes with the purchase.
