About a month ago I started looking for a CPO or a new Audi SUV, from Q5 to Q7, even if I can find a SQ5. I had test driving them too during the search. This last Sunday my wife and I went to Audi and decided to buy a brand new 2025 Q5. The whole time from my beginning looking Lucas is our sales person to work with. Lucas is a very knowledgeable and patient person who never pushes me for anything. Instead he listens to my needs and helps me to get my goals. Thank you so much Lucas! Here I’d like to also thank you to Lisa, she is financial adviser, she is really on the customer side, helping me to lower the interest rate. Audi bank gave us 5.99% interest rate. She could say that it is for you and end of the story, but she is not. She called several banks to lower the rate! I called to get an oil change at 9:00. They called back at 9:15, scheduled me for 9:45..I drove away at 10:55. Gregory Abbot was the service advisor. Very nice. He went over everything with me. The video, that was sent to my phone, of the inspection of my car in real time was a pleasant surprise! I had forgotten my oil change coupon at home and they applied to my bill.:-)

At first glance of the dealership, I was able to tell that they would have a great selection of cars. The positive reviews I read online prompted me to visit. I had originally scheduled an appointment to see a used Kia. I had explained that I was looking for a used car with a reliable monthly payments. Although I did not end up getting the Kia, jimmy really went above and beyond convincing me that a more newer car would be better. Forgive me for not remembering his name but the guy who had helped me and family with the paper work made everything go smoothly and quick while keeping everything well detailed! While the monthly payments weren’t exactly what I had in mind, Jimmy’s enthusiasm and dedication stood out to me. The many benefits explained by both men were amazing and was told clearly to understand what I was getting. It truly felt like a solid deal and I genuinely admire the effort that was put into helping me and my family make the best decision for my situation!

Second Purchase. This was an incredible experience. Salesperson Ryan was patient, courteous, informative, knowledgeable, and shared his experiences with his own car that helped us make a decision. Gave us an awesome price on a used vehicle. Finance process was also wonderful, staff in every department is excellent. We talked to the Service department about a problem we were having with another car. They spent a lot of time explaining and giving us information that helped us make the decision to replace the car. Had a liaison assigned to us, Rashad who helped the process of an insurance adjuster inspecting the car. Helped us make a bad situation better. Can't recommend this dealership enough!
