A few weeks ago, I inquired, online, about a vehicle on their website. Almost immediately, Jose Garcia called me and was able to schedule a time for us to meet that day. When I arrived, Jose was there to greet me and had the vehicle on display. He was extremely well versed on the features of the car. The credit application process was very simple. Literally a QR code. During the negotiation process, Jericho stepped in to work on a payment plan that I was agreeable to. Jose suggested that we go on a test drive and I was sold. The gentleman, in the financial department, was extremely efficient as we worked through the financing and paperwork. Jose, and the team, made the whole process very smooth and effortless with his professional and friendly demeanor. All in all, I had a great experience with Jose and the team at Fremont CDJR.

I checked the inventory online and narrowed it down to two vehicles. I contacted Garland Latta and he ran some numbers and called me back with a very fair offer. I settled on the new Sonata. The finance person had me fill out everything online and sign 80% of the documents. I live an hour from the dealership and Garland had a very nice lady deliver the car to my home and pick up the trade. I usually find the car buying process to be a pain in the ...... but Garland made it painless.

This is the second Volvo we have purchased from Volvo Marin and both times we worked with Tex Harrison. We sought him out for our second purchase as we had such a great experience the first time. Tex is so helpful with all our questions and concerns. He went through the whole vehicle with us before we left to make sure we were up to speed on any new updates. Whenever I have a lingering question he is super responsive and always gets back to us asap. I look forward to working with Tex in the future. The whole team at Volvo Marin is amazing. Excellent experience leasing a 2026 Cadillac Optiq. Bart was great during the entire process. They were very fair and direct with us, so we were able to get the deal done quickly with the best price in the bay area. My toddler was sick and we asked them to do all the paperwork online due to the fact we had to stay home while my daughter recovered from pneumonia. The service, communication, support, and price were all 5 STAR +. This is the first time we buy a car from them and we will keep coming back to see them again when our lease ends. Bart and the entire team were outstanding from initial negotiations (quick, honest, direct), to support/delivery (online paperwork, vehicle advice, and even home delivery ! ). Easiest deal I ever had. I had looked for this truck at many regional dealers but they all had 3,000 I. Magic dealer charges. These guys said that they have dealer options but all are optional. I walked in at 12, waited a few minutes for Matt. I was home with my new truck filled and washed by 2:15, and I live 20 minutes away. Best price. Better service. No pressure. No bait and switch.
