However, working with Mr. Gasca made it a truly stress free event. He was very acvomodating, knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. A true professional. Willing to go the extra mile. He did not use any pressure tactics, which I greatly appreciated. He listened to my requests and concerns and went from there. Well done. I would also like yo mention Alexa, who along with Mr. Gasca worked tirelessly to get the deal done. She was a true proffessional. This is the second Volvo we have purchased from Volvo Marin and both times we worked with Tex Harrison. We sought him out for our second purchase as we had such a great experience the first time. Tex is so helpful with all our questions and concerns. He went through the whole vehicle with us before we left to make sure we were up to speed on any new updates. I checked the inventory online and narrowed it down to two vehicles. I contacted Garland Latta and he ran some numbers and called me back with a very fair offer. I settled on the new Sonata. The finance person had me fill out everything online and sign 80% of the documents. I live an hour from the dealership and Garland had a very nice lady deliver the car to my home and pick up the trade. I usually find the car buying process to be a pain in the ...... but Garland made it painless.

I would like to extend my highest praise 10 stars to Toyota of Santa Monica, particularly to Arnold Funes, the Internet Sales Manager. After conducting some research last night, I became interested in leasing a brand new Toyota Prius XLE. I submitted an inquiry through an automated system that notifies all Toyota dealers, and by morning, Arnold was the first to reach out to me. At 11 a.m. sharp, Arnold was ready to discuss the details. He texted me, saying, "It's Arnold from Toyota Santa Monica. We can do $3,000 down and $380 per month. That's the best offer I can provide for you." A few hours later, I was inundated with calls from various Toyota dealers across Southern California, each employing the same sales tactics. However, none of them came close to matching Arnold's offer. Even after I shared the details of Arnold's proposal, many dealers expressed skepticism and joked that I might be getting played. Ultimately, the deal went through, and I ended up with an even better offer. This dealership is genuinely committed to their customers, and Arnold's dedication and work ethic certainly deserve recognition and a raise. Excellent experience leasing a 2026 Cadillac Optiq. Bart was great during the entire process. They were very fair and direct with us, so we were able to get the deal done quickly with the best price in the bay area. My toddler was sick and we asked them to do all the paperwork online due to the fact we had to stay home while my daughter recovered from pneumonia. The service, communication, support, and price were all 5 STAR +. This is the first time we buy a car from them and we will keep coming back to see them again when our lease ends. Bart and the entire team were outstanding from initial negotiations (quick, honest, direct), to support/delivery (online paperwork, vehicle advice, and even home delivery ! ). Clean, tidy and they have a lovely coffee machine! They were very welcoming upon entry and Elena wasted no time to get the ball rolling. I had inquired about a Stelvio a week prior and mentioned I would be flying in from Las Vegas. Upon arrival Elena spotted me and we began the purchasing process. Later Nick arrived and began the paper work. Both, Elena and Nick, were straight to the point and no xxxxxxxx in between. They provided me with a name and number to discuss my experience with the salesman, Raj, and explore possible solutions. I was connected with Kao, the manager, who was incredibly understanding and helpful over the phone. He sincerely apologized for the situation, emphasized their commitment to excellent customer service, and assured me they would address the matter internally. True to his word, I noticed a positive change in Raj’s attitude when I returned to pick up the car. Kao then generously offered to renegotiate the deal for the car I was interested in, and he gave me a fantastic offer! The next day, I came in to complete the paperwork, where I had the pleasure of working with Haig. He is truly a role model for car salesmen—an engaging conversationalist and a genuine car enthusiast. We had a great time talking about cars and motorsports for an extra 45 minutes! After Haig assisted us, we finalized the deal with Kao, who, to my surprise, is also a motorsports fan. Overall, if it weren’t for Kao and Haig, I don’t think I would have returned to this dealership, but thanks to their outstanding service, they completely changed my experience for the better. Huge thanks to both of them for going above and beyond!
