Brought my car here for the 10k free oil change. My appointment was at 7:00 am and arrived at 6:40. The gentleman checking me in was just setting up was immediately dropped what he was doing and assisted me and checked me in even before the service dept opened. He checked me in and offered for me to wait in the lounge. Within 15 minutes, the service advisor came to me and told me what will be done with my car. I waited about 40 minutes before I got my key back and was on my way. Additionally, I was emailed a video of what the service tech did, which proved that the work was done. Loved the service.
