I also spoke with Alex and Victor who were both extremely knowledgeable as well of their products. I bought my last car here in 2017 and just bought a new one last weekend. I found the sales people very nice to deal with. Not overly pushy and took the time to explain in detail any questions had. I had a very specific car I wanted, the Windchill Pearl colored Prius PHEV XSE. They kept looking and drove to Anaheim to bring back the one I wanted. I love my new Prius!!! I also love the service dept and used them exclusively for my last car, except for new tires. They are always spot on in estimating the time it will take and show videos of the car while it's being serviced.
