I highly recommend buying a car from Stevens Creek - almondkookies

I highly recommend buying a car from Stevens Creek Hyundai! From start to finish, this was honestly the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I had been searching for a 2026 Sonata Hybrid Limited for months, and when I found the exact one I wanted on their website, I reached out right away. Marco was amazing! He quickly gave me all the information I needed, set up the online paperwork to make my time at the dealership shorter, and carefully explained the fine print while answering every question I had. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me. Jacob, the finance manager, was equally wonderful. He was helpful, accommodating, and respectful of our time, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. While the paperwork was being processed, Arturo detailed my car, and it looked absolutely beautiful. It had the shine and presentation you hope for when driving a new car off the lot. Thanks to Marco, Jacob, and Arturo, I was able to leave with my new car in about an hour. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and would absolutely recommend Stevens Creek Hyundai to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

I had recently totaled my 2015 Toyota Prius. - Steve McCoy

I had recently totaled my 2015 Toyota Prius. Had it for 11 years and loved it, and was looking for a replacement. I found exactly (and I mean exactly) what I wanted at Concord Toyota, where they were offering a 2015 Toyota Prius with fewer miles, one owner and a pristine Carfax report. Since I live in the mountains near Mt Shasta, I did everything about the purchase remotely. Everything went very smoothly and although it took a little more time, my "new" Prius was delivered and I love it!

I also want to give a special thank you to General Manager Joe for going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. His professionalism and attention to customer service really stood out and made the experience even better. I absolutely love my new Defender and couldn’t be happier with my experience.
