Over the years we have purchased many vehicles from Dealerships. Most of not all were long, uncomfortable, and sometimes just an absolutely terrible experience. In this case however, our experience with Ken Grody Ford was absolutely different. Not only was it smooth, efficient, and quick. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly, helpful, and listened to us. We get it… the Dealership have a business to run. And while we compromised on some of our ‘deal breakers’, in the end we feel very satisfied. While we say everyone at Ken Grody was great, we want to call out our Sales Consultant, Brock Pizza and Finance Manager, Rafael Ballesesteros who are absolute ROCK STARS! Again, the Dealership is in the business to make money, but none the less, these two made the entire buying experience worthwhile. Because of these two guys, we give perfect scores to Ken Grody Ford!

Second Purchase. This was an incredible experience. Salesperson Ryan was patient, courteous, informative, knowledgeable, and shared his experiences with his own car that helped us make a decision. Gave us an awesome price on a used vehicle. Finance process was also wonderful, staff in every department is excellent. We talked to the Service department about a problem we were having with another car. They spent a lot of time explaining and giving us information that helped us make the decision to replace the car. Had a liaison assigned to us, Rashad who helped the process of an insurance adjuster inspecting the car. Helped us make a bad situation better. Can't recommend this dealership enough!
